Log on to Companies house website, Go to Thruvision Group PLC (no other one) then filing history, download 104 pages accounts pages 98 onwards refers to upcoming AGM on 21st September. Appendix 1 Resolution 9 first sentence refers to 'disapplication of pre-emption rights. I'll leave the rest of the research to you.

Ricfle....I am only speaking from my personal experience over many years. I have never known one company yet in the OAG sector that has not exaggerated its prospects regarding both time scales and cos and subsequent profitability. I may just have been unfortunate I know. GL all.

Regarding Parta the experienced OAG investors will know that the time between drilling an appraisal well and through to drilling a production well usually takes years. Whatever the outcome of Parta appraisal wells drilling, whether it be in either Q4 of 2018 or Q1 of 2019 it will be into the next decade before any profits can be realised. Those less experienced thinking that the sp will rise significantly over the coming months will be disappointed. I know that RBD has 'other irons in the fire' but they too are years away from fruition. OMO as always before I get shot down by those who indulge in too much 'wishful thinking'.

sharesport......Yes, the other product shown is almost certainly from Quinitiq. They are a large UK company who employ thousands and are also partners with G4S. My opinion is that if there is to be a take over of Thruvision this will be the likely candidate. A joint venture would not happen in my opinion. I would love to know what is really happening in the bowels of the board room. One thing that is apparent, this company is moving fast; whether in more than one direction is for the future. Another buy-back on the cards followed by a selective rights issue? Interesting times ahead over the next weeks and months.

I think that the only news that will come prior to the AGM on 21st September will be 'leaks' from the USA. The board of Thruvision will not want much uplift in the sp before then at the earliest. Looks like from their special resolutions which will be easily be adopted at the AGM as the major institutional Investors (who hold around 90% of the shares) will be voting for their long promised sweeteners for remaining with the company over the past year. Smaller private investors will have to just hope that sufficient is left for them to also make a nice return; after all many of them/us have also stuck with the company during the past years. Thruvision is moving fast towards profit, all the 'ducks are being lined up'. The 'creative accounting' of recent times cannot hide the fact that the next 2 years will be transformational. luckyman2 You forgot to remove all the overheads which then lower the unit cost per barrel. I wonder what the gross profit margin is given an average of 50 BOPD for each well, and based on US crude prices of say 65$ per barrel?

Why can’t I buy Reabold shares through some broker accounts?

We believe that some brokers, including Halifax and Lloyds, have incorrectly identified Reabold as a PRIIP (Packaged Retail and Insurance Based Investment Product). We have informed these brokers that we believe Reabold does not fall under this definition but unfortunately they are not willing to reclassify Reabold.

We have subsequently contacted the FCA in attempt to get clarification that Reabold is not a PRIIP. The FCA is reviewing the unintended consequences of PRIIP legislation and we believe they will publish an opinion in early July.

No doubt a raft of updated major shareholders percentage holdings to appear within a few days following acquisition and 'burn' of almost 20million shares by the Company. Transference from Investec to Thruvision already done yesterday. Also updated Market Capitalisation. I too would love to know what is going on behind the scenes. Remember the Digital Barriers t/o and purchase by Volpi and split off of Thruvisioni was planned many months in advance of October 2017.

afrc...I see the future much the same as you, the question is when. There is great potential here for expansion in a market without too many competitors. Some of their technology is patented, and that the US have already invested many millions of dollars in R&D gives me encouragement to stay with them. DGB are also a reseller of their equipment's into the Asia Pacific region. The major II's are also staying with them, and it will be that after Wednesday if anyone wants to buy shares in Thruvision they may well be disappointed. Again as you say Tom Black has been down this road before and hopefully for the few PI's still with him, in this, what may be may his final 'swan song' before retirement it proves as lucrative as a former venture.
