From what I recollect UKOG spiked on news that a substantial find of oil was announced. Please show me where that currently exists with RBD.

Kiwi, two points. First point you have not explained as to why you disagree with the salient common sense points I have just made. Second point I know the company you refer to far more than you, and wager you now, that by the end of 2018 that sp will as a percentage have risen far more than RBD. Their orders are not imaginative and are increasing month on month. Why do you think the company want to buy back shares and then basically burn them. That is anti-dilutive, the opposite of what is happening on here.

You ask "how is this still below 1p".........it's simple really in that not one bucket full of economically viable oil has being produced yet!. Yes the sp may move marginally up and down on news about more drills and soft words of encouragement from the directors but until that occurs nothing of significance will happen. What's more everyone knows that but very few will admit it.

Actually a sell!

ShatAim is correct. The share price on here seems to be inversely proportional to the amount of ridiculous ramping, with a resultant negative reaction as to what is the aim. Perhaps if the endless ramping eases for a while then the share price may actually move up (tongue in cheek). But perhaps then the result would be that would cost certain rampers a 'pay day' if you get my drift!

I think everyone here is mature enough to understand one salient point. That unless/until oil is found in sufficient quantities to make the venture viable in economic terms then the sp will not make any appreciable gains. Small spikes here and there regarding movement of a rig and start of drilling yes, but no substantial rises. Past experience tells me that to be the case.

Is good news starting to leak out about how the testing is proceeding. RNS on this should be due before the end of July. Given FDA approval later in this year of early 19 this will really take off.

Is the site down again, or has some negative action taken place?

Sorry to disappoint Rodster, but no turkey sandwiches for me I'm afraid. I will have to make do with a lettuce, tomato and cucumber sandwich made from my greenhouse. With the price where it is Mr and Mrs P will have to survive with these meagre rations until we hear the word Gusher mentioned from investors in RBD. As my greenhouse produce is not for freezing I fear we will be waiting a long time before turkey is on our menu. Thank you in advance regarding your concern for our state of penury.

I would definitely keep away from the bookies if I were you. But hey, get buying whilst there are a few shares left otherwise Chris will have snaffled them all up LOL.

Point 1..................No they will def not be selling. Infact Schroders who on 23rd May were holding 19.99% of the shares are looking to possibly increase that to around 30%.
Point 2..................The company if you research a lot are in the middle of ramping up production to satisfy sales. In the last period they broke eve, so I foresee dividends coming after the next annual results. The potential here is huge , but only my opinion. Remember there will also be possibly up to 47 million shares less if the company is successful in its buy-back. GL although I do not personally think luck will come into it. No doubt if you bought at sub 10p then the offer is attractive, I am still making a paper loss, but not ramping. I could envisage a take over before too much longer, if so this will fly even more so.!
