I would like to know if there is much more slippage on times, how long the contract for the rig is for and is there an agreement that the hire time can be extended? At around £50,000 hire per day for the rig alone, how much would it be for RBD, if it is to be liable for a percentage of any cost overrun. If however the contract allows for the rig sitting in harbour without penalty then fine Does anyone know?

afrc......"Tree shake", look under market manipulation threads on the web. Basically the MM's trying to shake out investors by lowering the s.p hoping the investors will sell. At the end of last week after a days trading a net sum of around £700 worth of shares sold resulted in about a 3% drop in the price. More than twice that sum has now been bought this morning with no rise in the s.p. That is an example of market manipulation. As I have said numerous times forget the 'smoke and mirrors' now, and concentrate on the medium term. Next year will be very, very fruitful in my opinion.

All these 'sells' (LOL) aren't having the desired effect. The tree shake is more akin to a tree pat.

Morning Chris, I have to say I was concerned by the number of 'hoops' that FWM had to jump through to obtain the consent needed. Looks like it may have been one reason for the delay; but only Greg Clark to persuade now. Hopefully he has been waiting for the Scottish consent before making a final decision himself. Interested to hear your view on this.

Hopefully now that the Car regulations have been met through the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) there will be a swift decision made by the UK Secretary Greg Clark to allow drilling to proceed.

Anyone understand why on the Energy Oil & Gas Portal The Field name Wick has, since last Friday now being re-designated as N/A?....Colter is still up. Puzzling. Perhaps Simon or Chris may be able to shed light upon this. Neither have yet been approved.
