Aldebaran, H-Power are heavily focused on the EU mkt currently, which is way more hydrogen ready than the UK. Lots of marketing effort going on to create an awareness of our technology and stimulate demand. They're looking to onboard EU distributors to drive adoption. W4ttsy, there were two questions raised by the same gentleman iro of the S&P company:

1) Q ... what development costs are being covered by them currently.

A.... none as phase 2 didn't happen.

2) Q ..... is there no financial commitment from them at this point in time.

A....at this moment in time, until we kick off another phase of work that's something specific for them, then no.

LaryLL, there are no development costs to reimburse because phase 2 ( development stage) iro the 4T cracker didn't go ahead. This was confirmed in the last IMC presentation 3 months ago. Listen in from 10.50 mins to 14.17 for confirmation and the reasons why.

LaryLizard, it was stated by JW at the AGM that the S&P company covered H-Power's costs of the first phase plus a margin. The 2nd phase ( development) didn't get underway because the goal posts have changed and the commercial teams are now looking at larger crackers for industries located further away ports.

EarEyeAm, I too recall them not disclosing the whereabouts of the pilot plant back then but maybe they had security concerns with it being outside and of possible reactor theft ? Don't really have any answers to your questions but hopefully next month we will get to see some video footage of the cracker being demonstrated and that might shed some light on things.

Share price is based on the last AT or UT transaction that went through, which in this case was for 11,006 shares at 8.25am this morning.

Whilst enowa did replace AFC in the extreme e series, we were told in the July Investor Meet video ( @ 54mins ) that AFC would be sending Tamgo a liquid cooled 200kw generator unit in Sept/Oct to support them with extreme H.

Frogfish, let's beg to differ......maybe when the 2nd admission of shares takes place on 8th August, Helikon will issue a further advice that will clarify their position.

Frogfish, the board only had authority to issue up to 10% of the total shares in issue as mentioned by JW in the IM presentation on Tuesday. That amount of shares amounted to 85,544,679 and was admitted to AIM on Monday. Until shareholders vote on the resolutions to allow the issuance of the conditional 189,184,574 fundraising shares at the EGM on 7th August, I can't see how Helikon would have any right in advising a short position % based on anything other than the actual shares in issue as at close of business on Monday. Hang on. On the 21st July the first admission of firm fundraising shares took the total shares in issue to 942,317,825. Later that day we were advised the Helikon short had reduced to 2.59%. In my books that means Helikon are currently running a short for 24,406,031 shares. Previously they were shorting 3.22% of shares in issue, which equated to 27,588,095 ( 856,773,146 x 3.22%). That pretty much looks like a reduction to me !
