Its very great deal.
1. Enq didnt pay anything for the 25% but used the casflow to work to pay of vendor loan that will be cleared soon.
2. For the 75% they payed 100 million but are getting these 100 million back now during lets say first 9 months before sharing profit with BP

Putting some numbers on it
20k/day = 7,3 million barrels
7,3 x (70-30 cost) = approx 300 million FCF /year

2019 I have approx 100 million back to BP vendor loan + share of profit
2020 approx 150 million to BP and and slightly less each following year

So enq get 200 million this year and 150 million following years.
Its very good deal for something you basically got for free

For the 25% deal I think around this summer
For the 75% deal its 100 million split on 5 years so only 20 million + interrest each year

Then for the 75% deal BP also get 50% cashflow over the next 5-6 years

Very appriciated info and if I got it right it looks like this plays out similar to my ideas over next years.
Slow down growth a bit and explore existing fields with a smaller capex of 50-150 million /year.
Good to hear that dividend could come in about 18 months.

Did anyone ask why they didnt hedge big volumes at 80 last autumn for this year?
That would have safely made Enq a very good 2019.
With this done we would surely not have 20p shareprice now and 1,5 billion end year projected net debt.
Downside would have been if oil went to 90-100 through 2019 but then its just to hedge start hedge 2020 also.

Nice to see you back MO, These share awards are bit too big for my taste given where we are. But I guess it’s not easy design it perfect. I can see why they pushed down net debt end year and now they taking bit hit for it. In general I like share awards if it leads to something positive

Thanks E, Another thing influence I guess is payment terms. We saw that last autumn also. So in these end April numbers we might not gotten the full benefits of increased prod and oil prices yet. Please try ask today how they will allocate money in future. You know my ideas I think. Good luck

Hi Squif, Already all in here in my share investment. Think update was ok and there will come more money rest of months if oil hold these levels. And next year much better. So it’s just hold on I like all the English top teams, Liverpool I think play good and I like them

Hello, I agree with Nsea and E post. Actually prod was slightly lower then I had in my excel file and after adjusting my projected net debt was of only one million. Going forward now I see in my file we will do debt reduction approx 30 million per month with 70k and 70 oil. That good Next year we talking about 50 million per month

Think Kraken done fairly well last weeks also close to 40k.

For me it feels we climed the hill now surely and now its just a matter of how fast we can run down.
And where company want to be in 3-5 years vision and where to allocate the money in future.

Your right share price tomorrow is irrelevant if holding for long run, but its nice feeling get a possitive momentun on that as well. Specially after this last half year.
