It seems not consistent with biggest shareholder list at Enq site but show buyers/sellers.
So I dont know exactly what to make of it

Very strange, and Enquest currently putting new pipelines to get more oil through Magnus and SVT.
Does Enq try to charge BP too much for Clair oil via SVT?
Thought Enq/BP had good relation

I am also tired and very surprised that market completely ignore this company and future cashflow that is right in front of us. I thought market would price it in much earlier.
I understand share was low in January with Kraken problems and oil in the 50. But now dont understand.

AB have done best he could to save the company after deciding to go for Kraken investment.
After that decision he basically could not done anything differently, well he could have decided not buy Magnus but that great deal for us so I thank him for that.

Now its the future he can do differently, slow down growth a bit and return money to shareholders also
I think its what he wants to.

Lol Squif, and you claim to hold a million shares with that view.
I think your just trying to fill your boots with as many shares as possible yourself.

Hi E, Opaque, new word for me but according to google it fits well. Yes, they had meeting for analyst in May. Why not film it and put video on net? Could be interesting hear questions and answers after presentation. Or it’s secret meetings? In Sweden companies often out presenting themself for everyone also. Including people not holding shares also.

Hi Auson, Its impossible for me to answer that question why we at 20p. We taken a lot beating in several ways. Some described Enq as overly complicated with I can understand. Let’s see what we get next week and AB tell us something about future

Hi Jelenko, I am reducing FCF Enq with BP share. I think BP should get roughly 100 million usd this year equal about 7k production per day. If you want exact details maybe E can help. Following years I have approx 150 million to BP

Hi Auson I made spreadsheet prod and divided into 3 pieces, Kraken, Magnus and others. We know Jan/Feb total 66,7 For these two first months I put Kraken 16,2 net Magnus 21,5 and others 29. Kraken I improved to 24,5k March and 31k April net. And keep rest stable. Then I get an average Jan-April 72,5k Let’s see it it’s close

Was it 670k sell? Guess it’s very few shares hold by active persons like we. Could be many reasons for private investor or trusts needing to sell whatever price and situation

Hi E, Thanks:-) I also see AB’s additional buys of shares as he can’t resist an investment at these levels because he will get 20p back in dividend easy over 5 years. I doubt he is loading up with shares now and put all Enq money on high growth Guess this charity foundation needs some income also. Not just holding shares

Squif, then AB can continue shopping approx 8 million shares quarterly next year at 1p dividend. Don’t you think he likes that?

Hi Beerbull, Exactly! Lundin petroleum send out dividend signal about 1-3 years ahead if remember correct. Even with these small dividends there will be enough money for capex,debt and acquisition over next 5 years. If AB choose other way to try growth the prod to 100-150k in next 5 year vision I think it’s wrong and we will continue be seen in the same way as last 5 years

Hi KO, Yes, Oil shares not popular at all at the moment. But one way or the other value will come out and this valuation now is crazy given we continue at 70k/70 oil. Best way to attract investors will be to start a small dividend quarterly at April 2020. 1 p will cost around 70 million per year, its peanuts. Double that 2021 Then it will be very hard to ignore Enq Maybe AB will give this vision already next week. Otherwise ask him

KO, your right but guesses seeems too pessimistic
For example marketscreener they have sales now at 1475 million. to get that its about mid range guidance 67k and 60 usd oil. Think we will end up at 1700-1900

So I think even these P/e now can be very conservative
