What we need is an analyse from serious UK or swedish financial magazine with 5 year estimates.

I also see it as something got to give, last half year its been EV value.
But that cant continue for ever. Its must be extremely low now compared to EBITDA.

Imagine in autumn when people start look at 2020.
with 60 oil we will do 500 million FCF.
What if we can push up EV back to 2,5b

Then we north of 60p end year

Once market reduce the debt risk and consider us as a safe bet.
Then I expect a fast re-rate first years and then slower gains following years

I also liked tobacco comparison, I remember 20-25 years ago Swedish Match (tobacco) was considered so boring and share didnt move for several years.
Now for last 25 years it went up 2000% + big dividends all years

Beerbull, good point about AB buying. I also see it as its simply to cheap for him to resist buying. I mean he is increasing holding with couple millions shares and its just couple % of increased holding so don’t really matter. On other hand I thought he might go for 10% holding in Enq if that could matter if there would come an external bid on Enq. Not sure exactly how that works

Hi F AHL, I think the historical multiples are higher due to that the big EBITDA was lying in future. Agree on 3-4 multiple end next year with 1 billion debt and 1-1 debt EBITDA sounds reasonable

I also find it bit strange that no hedge fund or other investors /company try to build a holding position here at 10-20%.

Worst case scenario in back of my head is that AB and group of people make an offer for Enq cheap at 25-35p.
Best case scenario is that over next 5 years they give a dividend of 400-600 million so we all get our investment back.

Yeah it’s amazing, 3 months with high production. Half a year ago I thought I be happy if we could do 30k consistent. Wonder if they can lift production even more after last fixes in September. And Magnus, can they lift it closer to 25k next year?

Barclays and etc said money will be tight for amortization and everything this year with low oil price and maybe lower production. Yes its correct in worse case scenario but seems it didnt happen unless we will have very very bad finish last 6 months.

And for next year it will be impossible say something like this unless oil prices are really depressed.

Its just to hold on to this couple of years
