Anyone thinking that the latest Q&A will provide a rocket to the SP only needs to look at the price graph after it happened.

kingsley fair point, which is why we know Q2 figs (probably published end Sept) are going to be poor.
But I hope they do provide forward guidance at some point when they have a better feel for what difference the Mantis actually provide, rather than relying on just a theoretical x3 improvement (compared on one bloke on a pnuematic drill?)

Ben, I agree with you, though to be fair as they've only just done a test on the first Mantis, they should give it a couple of weeks or so to see how it performs in a 'live' situation before they give any forward guidance, otherwise they could run the risk of disappointing again

What have Bird and Lenigas got to do with VAST? - Absolutely nothing, unless you are saying that VAST's board are similar?

Latino, VAST have issued lots of previous RNSs talking about improvements - we just need to see some of those improvements actually having a positive effect on production and more importantly profitability - until then they are still burning cash

Firwood well done on having the patience to wait through the continued fall in SP last year and this but more impressively on having big brass ones (and the cash) to average down enough to let you get out

Mick it was 21.3 billion shares pre consolidation, obviously then at 100:1 down to 213 million on 6th May 21, back to 1.5 billion next month

Baits, I disagree. The placing shares need voting through first (and yes, the vote will most likely be approved) but not many would take that risk to forward sell in those circumstances
And if could forward sell them, why would you want to? We keep getting told the SP is gonna fly, so if they hold on, they'd make an even bigger profit.

Of course, if they thought the price was gonna slip back to placing price at 0.7, you'd get out while you could

So which is it, they've forward sold cos they dont want to make a bigger profit, or because they think the SP is going lower
