Firwood your 21.15 is spot on. If AP had been able to get Swiss Toni over the line when we first told final paperwork was being drawn up then Atlas wouldn't have been able to issue conversion notices for around $3.2 million.
His inability to get the deal done then caused dilution from 213 million shares in issue to over a billion again - that lies firmly at his door.
Andrew Hall's contribution was largely waffle and if, a he claimed he was brought in 2018 to find more traditional sources of finance, then he hasn't achieved a lot in his time. Plus it stuck in the throat when he said he felt shareholder pain - yes, he has been diluted too but only owns a poxy 115000 shares, so I'm sure his pain will be mollified by a paracetamol!
If he, AP and PF now buy in the market, great, but the question has to be asked if the direction of travel is so good, why havent they done so before (plenty of opportunities before the current closed period) - unless they knew that this level of dilution was coming down the line
