Hopefully they are better than AP, David Jones and Shaun Dowling about issuing TR1s if/when they cross notifiable thresholds - yes it's down to the individuals, not the company, but the ignorance of the regulations is worrying and creates uncertainty for shareholders.

Tbf, Atlas have actually played a blinder on behalf of shareholders - if they hadn't forced through the condition that APMG had to relinquish their holding in Baita in return for VAST shares, then shareholders would have had further dilution whilst AP and RT (mainly) sat on 20% of the primary asset.
Due to that clause, they have had to suffer a portion of the dilution that long term shareholders have - in APs case, from over 12% to just over 1%

It's not a mystery, they have delayed any buys to act as the next ramping spur, probably around the Moly line - what are the odds that will be announced with great fanfare, but as usual no production targets, which will be accompanied pre or post with so e director buys to try and make it look more significant than it actually is

Surely the reason is obvious as to why they didn't buy pre close period as they knew the volume of dilution thundering down the tracks. If they buy now? Yes it would be good, but it would need to be chunky, £50k plus each to suggest confidence, although why that wasnt done in the placing is, at best, a mystery

Sandy, we both understand the mindset of wanting to be uber positive when your holdings stock, but am sure we would both be wealthier if we had listened at times.
The skill is recognising those who are only talking their own book compared to those who may have something useful to say even if you dont like how it sounds relative to your investment
