OK VAST are trying to clarify, but they would have known the timings yesterday and they still havent stated a timestamp when they received the Atlas notice and the timestamp of the Swift notice - both of which they will know, so why not state them in the public domain?

Casper, yes undoubtedly getting rid of Atlas is a good thing, however, now they have an unidentified third party holding the first level line over Baita and still got roughly the same amount of extra convertible debt with Mercuria (yes only a 10 % discount to the mid, but look at the volatility here, that still gives lots of opportunity)

So it's hardly a rosy picture

Hfb- they did a Q&A last via InvestorMeet, they didn't answer some submitted questions and many of those answered never became reality, so a lot of appeasement needed, though most actual shareholders would prefer completed actions

On a fundamental basis, the mcap should bet to about £8.4M, based on there being 1.2 billion shares in issue by 10th June and we know it was valued at 0.007p in the placing - do that would imply a max of around 1.4 today with current shares in issue.
If you think it's worth more, then why did VAST undervalue it in the placing/subscription?
