Just an observation, yes, IF Atlas have forward sold then today could be interesting, however, if they havent all the mega bills who actually press buy on a live account are probably buying part of the 463 million 0.007p placing shares

Doesn't actually state in this RNS outstanding amount of bonds they are seeking to delist.

Its very simple, unless they actually say it explicitly, don't trust them

i think we've had this conversation - and yes I may be a pain in the a###, but sadly seen it before - how things are phrased is hugely important as on AIM, obscurity often means opportunity (for the BOD and its associates)

Just suppose VAST realise they have to issue the new shares to Atlas, then will they get away with keeping the $1M dollar advance (they'll need it to keep going imo) and then because of the 'mistake' of the Atlas conversion the Sp drops from that poin , meaning a lower strike price for the real estate owner and A&T Investments SARL. for all those $800k worth of warrants.

Now if you read that in a novel, you might think its been made up, but with VAST/AP...........

They needed sufficient volume in the market to get them away and all the ramping has certainly helped them do so

To be fair to Atlas, because they made APMG convert their holding over Baita into VAST shares, it means AP has been inflicted with dilution like everyone else -and they must have had trust issues to make him escrow his holding as collateral

"The conversion terms have been amended to a price per Ordinary Share in the Company equal to 90% of the daily Volume-Weighted Average Price published by Bloomberg of such Ordinary Share for any single day in the 20 Trading Days immediately preceding the date of delivery of the relevant Conversion Notice where such single day is chosen by the Bondholder and notified to the Company on the date of delivery of the Conversion Notice and the RIGHT OF THE COMPANY TO MAKE A CASH ALTERNATIVE ELECTION SHALL CEASE

In the light of the full repayment being made by the Company to Atlas today as separately announced, the Company is considering its position as to its response to this notice and is currently communicating with Atlas.

thats why we need a clear answer re exactly when the conversion notice was issued and if/when Atlas agreed to the details in the RNS, or whether VAST didnt tell them
