I was bid 16.06 on the Bell - but bought a tiny tranche instead at 16.28 just to tidy up the numbers! Think tomorrow will also be interesting.

recorded as Sells in mid-morning cannot be accurate as the SP moved upwards soon after, and the �19.8k B&I rollover has already been credited to a fellow poster (thanks for the confession GGIS!). It's a pity to lose a few quid on the exchange, but we are just into a new tax year and you know it makes sense. Personally I play it a bit differently by transferring cash sales from other share trades onto the ISA account, and then lodge a kill-or-fill at my own nominated price. This has worked well lately for IOG whilst we have been wallowing around the 15p marker. Each to his own! GLA

Always felt there was a ricket dropped somewhere. That late trade for �17.17k has to be a Buy - otherwise we would never have held our price today. Still showing some resilience as a few sells come in with an improvement in volume at a fairly quiet time.

I think it has to be LS, with all Sell trades in very round figures, also no opportunities to day-trade with the usual wide spread. However, nice response from investors this morning to hold the Bid, and I am very encouraged with the resilience being shown here as we await news.

Nice positive post graeme, and great to read about the prominence of the Cardiff development. I am equally enthusiastic for this share, and will go along with all your forecasts - reckoning that this summer's interim divi will be in excess of 3p.

Fully agree with Longside and his scepticism of Broker's forecasts - examples of them fanny-covering are legion. But would say that the VSA report as posted here gave a proper analysis of company position and prospects and their forecast may be accurate or otherwise in the long term. And Snooty - even contractors need "running-around money" from time to time. Have lost count of the times I have been forced to sell when I really didn't want to!

Very encouraging update at every level, including the expanding build-to-rent sector. WPG's reputation in the field of student accommodation continues to grow, and they are quickly becoming the go-to company for university and college developments of this sort. Great news for long-term investors with a nice upturn in SP today and the prospect of a pleasing figure for interim dividend this summer. GLA!

JS - I am no expert on the technological or engineering aspects of this project, and think that most of your queries and anxieties have been covered by GGIS, whose grasp of this work-in-progress impresses me. But I have been buying this in modest sized tranches for some weeks now - including today - and have not identified any regular pattern of consistent selling at any stage. If sage's information is correct, most of the recent Sells may be attributed to contractors shares into cash. I think that patience is the order of the day, and have every confidence in this board to deliver the vital positive news. GLA.

paid off in the end! Got knocked back during the day, so left a kill or fill at 15.50 for 20k and got on at 15.45p which was a pleasant surprise. Sage, they must have cashed in a few at the time for the contractors at the end of a quarter?

Lively first day back from hols, and good volume for this share. Also the 40k trade at 15.51p was a Buy -a good RNS and we could be on our way in the new tax tear.

Thank you bandit for a very sound summary of the state of play, and the particular prospects at WJG. My own investment strategy is too focused on an individual company which tends to create frustration - but you are right when you call for a degree of patience in these rather unique times. In terms of performance, this share has done really well for the longer term investor, and I believe confidence will return once an experienced CEO is appointed to replace MWJ. GLA investors!

Well done guys - have done my pre-Easter shopping so out of funds at the wrong time. Shame that they can't do simple addition on this site - according to their recorded trades so far today, there are 258k Buys and 81k Sells. Misleading totals to those taking a quick peak at the trading pattern, but dinsa and jdosso won't mind!!

That "neutral" was also a Buy Lord S, and I joined you earlier for a nice little top-up. Cannot see these rates lasting with all the positive signs around, and very interesting read of the analysis posted by Ted. The ocean map of all the relevant sites spells out the logic of the entire operation once the pipeline is up and running.

is back to that silly level where you cannot tell a Sell from a Buy. FYI it is currently 15.35p to Buy - which is more than I paid yesterday when the Bid was 0.50p higher! - and 14.67 to Sell. We need some vibrant fresh money to come in on the back of all this positive news, or is that too logical for an AIM share?

today in the midst of a rampant bear market shows the city confidence in this share at these prices, and we have held up well against the heavy slide in nearly every sector. Olda was right about his feel for the bearish atmosphere around, and if we knew the bottom I would certainly be shoring up my investment here.
