Doc - totally agree - not interested in who owns it so long as someone's paid for it and syme have got their cut - likewise not interested in accountancy treatment - it's been debated to death with both camps not budging and wanting to be declared winners of the bragging rights - neither of the aforementioned are anywhere near as important as proof of concept, client numbers and have we got funding in place,
I must admit I'm very surprised that companies would pay £14,000 for DD and not ask if funding was in place to complete the transaction - I'm going round in circles here as that last statement makes me think we must have funders in place - or could it be the funders do not like the clients that have been put forward - it's really not clear at all and not easy to work out what's going on. Good day to all - I've been thinking about what happened yesterday and have read all the posts to date
- we seem to be focusing a lot on the funder or lack of funder as well may be the case - just a thought - do we have a client yet that is prepared to accept the terms and conditions and sign on the line - I know AZ has talked about contracts been sent out and having a common timetable - what is the timetable ? and why can he not share this info with us - he doesn't have to name the company just when the 1st inventory monetisation transaction will take place - we can see from the RNS the gross numbers but how many are actually going to take the offer up and complete the transaction.

To be honest I was expecting the UK numbers to be higher than 22 especially considering the pandemic, I agree with most of what's already been posted and once proof of concept is in the bag things should start to kick on from then.

I don't think AZ has intentionally led us on - more likely we have misinterpreted the timing of things to come - RNS was a market update and some including myself thought it was going to be proof of concept, funder named and strong client numbers - it didn't happen and the rest is history.

Remarkably 4,928 transactions yesterday - I bet it was more than any other share on the market - yes a lot were sells but also many buys - the interest is still phenomenal as is the potential - big learning curve for us all regarding our expectations and timings. Have a lovely weekend all

Q&A session - only 2 questions

1. When will the 1st inventory monetisation realistically take place - proving the concept - in lay mans terms please
2. When will the funder be signed sealed and named

Not interested in an explanation of today's RNS - it's self explanatory " catastrophic disaster on a monumental scale" no more waffle - hard truthful facts that allow everyone to prepare themselves for a modest RNS

This needs to be done and fast, we only need one client to go through the process to prove concept - surely AZ and Quadrivio could do this - my fear is as time goes on without proof of concept how many of the interested client leads will go cold and seek out other avenues for funding - companies who have paid the DD fee will be expecting results/ funding

AZ needs to concentrate on one company and match one funder to prove the concept - this would start the ball rolling - forget the big numbers and get the company up and running. GLA LTH

I agree there seems to be a problem with the funder although AZ is claiming they want a more diversified geographical slice of the pie - so AZ is claiming the funder wants more and not less -

- the client numbers need to be definitive numbers and not gross numbers

This needs to be a BIG wake up call for AZ he needs to get is act together and stop fu kin about trying to get the rocket launching numbers - ffs just get one client through the process and get the concept proven - numbers will follow

This can all change in the blink of an eye - we witnessed it today sadly - the speed the sp dropped was unbelievable - funders named - client numbers - UK & US updates - Tradeflow etc etc we would see exactly the same effect as witnessed today only in reverse.

Completely agree with brassgstring - "blind faith will leave you broke" however well researched investment and the ability to identify what could be the share of the decade will lead you to wealth, just because the negative Nancy's can't see the MASSIVE potential doesn't mean it's not there, we are very lucky to be in syme at this time at this price - tomorrow's RNS could prove concept and no matter what your average price is - it will have double within a week - if concept is not proven I think it will still be a very positive RNS and sp could hit .75

Let me try to assist and put some of you out of your misery - it’s NOT going to happen today - it could be tomorrow- or next Tuesday - it could be half way through April - no one knows - what we do know is when it lands it will be MASSIVE , we have got in at the pre 1p stage and what’s happening at the moment is the reason some investors wait till proof of concept - but they will be paying triple of what you purchased your shares for - don’t worry just be patient.
