My thinking is currently Tradeflow purchase the goods " in transit" and someone has posted its not what syme does so it does not fit the syme model - AZ might be thinking to tweak the model in the future so a funder purchaser the inventory in exactly the same way as in the syme model - just rather than inventory being stored in a warehouse it will be in shipping containers in transit - Tradeflow are currently servicing 50 clients per month. Great acquisition

Parm - nice one I now have a reply for all trolls lol, very exciting looks like the Tradeflow deal was ABs input, sounding very positive with regards to UK and US , AZ also touched on working with FCA and would have answered some of the trolls questions if they had only done their research lol muppets , it sounds like we have some BIG news to come on funders and client numbers that will have been through the process, AZ is now talking about the big four and not 2 of the big four all looking so positive - the trolls have backed themselves into a corner - while we have backed ourselves a winner. With so much positive news to look forward too , and so much already been achieved its amazing that some people are drawn to negatives that are not there,
Some people on this Bb claim others have not done their own research and give the impression they know what their talking about and others don't - elitism - truth benders.
SYME - not quite one year old yet and so much delivered to date amidst a global pandemic , people have lost their jobs livelihoods and lives, governments have missed deadlines on much more serious issues, yes we have had missed deadlines is there any wonder - global pandemic - all will be revealed, when there is no news don't make up Sh.ite to fill the void - wait for news. Agree luckybob - no Reddit here - it would probably destroy syme and undo all the achievements to date, we are so close to AZ delivering and the company is more than capable of big things based on its own merits.

Wolf - I agree people should be allowed to discuss concerns they have - but it's too easy to spot people who have genuine concerns from mischief makers, I try to be respectful but will challenge if I suspect syme trashing - to ask a question on this bb that no one can answer as no full details have been given imo is to cast doubt and spread fear.
During the suspension there were many investors who had fears and posted their concerns - they were not attacked as the concerns they had were genuine and worded in away that didn't hint of scaremongering.

A recent example of this which you may have witnessed yourself - I hope Adamadd won't mind - he had a wobble born out of frustration and said certain things that could have wound investors up - the response from fellow share holders was heart warming and rather than attack him we rallied around him and supported him - this was because he has history and a track record of being positive about syme whereas sharbel has no positive history to speak of and dominated the board all day with nothing other then speculative doubts, I've no wish to fill this board all night going to and fro and feel we have both had the opportunity to declare our stance, I have no more to add and wish you well.

Parm - I'm all in here , enough to make a life changing amount should things go well, agree not into brotherhood thing and no matter how well things go I doubt many will actually ever meet up, I don't do the sp prediction either as we have no hard factual numbers to work with - I don't mind people who do and respect the time and effort they have put in and some make me smile. We all know the trolls and those that quietly support them and jump in to defend them, we are not mugs and won't be mugged off ! GLA genuine investors next week it could be you !

I did say I’m not looking for an argument and although this bb is anonymous I feel I’m more aligned with Parm than negative posters , I’ve been back through all the posts and can see how Parm used the term “directors dumping is nonsense” so although he used the term (as I have done) it wasn’t used in a derogatory manner and for fear mongering purposes,
I hope Parm won’t mind I’ve copied a post of his this morning which I missed, I think is worthy of reposting and also confirms Parm’s 110% commitment, loyalty and belief in AZ and syme - which incidentally has 39 recommends which also shows the sentiment others investors have towards Parm and his post. I have been here a while as have some of you, some much longer than I have, some names I recognise some I don't!

Those of us that have been here since the Da saga etc. have seen all this before, we had it with Herecomes the idiot, and plenty of others as you know!

Just read the posters history.. sharebel for eg posted NOTHING during suspension!! Nothing!!

No concerns etc. yet totally disrupted the board all day yesterday about something no one here can give an answer to..
We have had that before haven't we??

And of course the regular faeces, I mean species turn up and try and add to any doubts a certain 'investor' is trying to sow!

Wait for the facts guys, if you don't like the way things pan out sell!
If you don't like the risk here, sell!

WHY would an investor post something here akin to Armageddon.. regards his OWN investment thereby potentially undermining it and devaluing it?

Just in from and feel the need to address a few issues raised earlier, not looking to start an argument but as I was at work I could not respond to certain points raised.

The point I was making earlier about the FCA having a look at Symes business model - RTO etc was in response to wolfs post at 11:14 where he introduced a new off topic set of negatives -
1. Dilution - which was the topic and has not been confirmed as the way syme will purchase Tradeflow
2. Share structure - off topic
3. Director dumping - off topic ( his choice of words and not mine)
4. Delisting - off topic - voluntary temporary suspension
The fact that the FCA have had a good look at syme and has been working with AZ to get their head around the model and will have looked at the companies share structure - RTO - accountancy requirements etc negates the need to keep posting negatives designed to cast doubts about share structure and RTO - if AZ has done something wrong - if that was the case the FCA would not have authorised a resumption of trading for syme.

In the absent of any news some people bring back old news and keep pushing the underhanded hints of wrong doing with absolutely zero evidence to back their concerns , they hint of wrong doing constantly without actually saying it.

Posters who have nothing positive to add and only negatives are either not invested or as thick as pig Sh.t , to keep ****ging off a share that you claim to be invested in makes absolutely no sense whatsoever , if I had any concerns about my investment 110% I would be out.

Only two wobbles I've had and they were big wobbles were the DA saga and the suspension of trading - the fact that we resumed trading after 6 weeks of communications with the FCA gives me confidence that every thing previous to suspension has been dealt with to FCA's satisfaction - it's as if we have a fresh start with a clean bill of health.

And your point is ? What exactly is it you are trying to suggest,
Instead of continually posting your concerns/ undertones of accusations ,look at the facts, have FCA had a good look at syme - yes
Fact - are FCA happy for syme to resume trading - yes - fact
Is there any factual evidence in what you are trying to promote - which we do not know as you will not come out and say exactly the point you are trying to make,
Nothing factual just suggestive comments of a negative nature , lost all credibility !!

The “syme attacks” makes out holders are the aggressors , we are entitled to defend our investment especially against those not invested and only spout non factual negative vibes . GLA

Has anyone considered “ director dumping “ maybe to go towards the purchase of trade flow, also the term “director dumping” has negative undertones in its tone , this is the type of language used that LTH object too, however you try to dress it up - there are a few on this bb that don’t want syme to succeed and instead of celebrating a fantastic acquisition they throw negatives without knowing the full fact. To take on more clients, Tradeflow plans to grow. The $30 million fund sees potential to reach $100 million in a few months and eventually top $1 billion, co-founder John Collis said.

Tradeflow’s typical transaction size is up to $15 million, yet it sees a funding gap of $1.5 trillion for small firms in the sector. The fund runs about 50 live contracts a month.

As Singapore was roiled by troubles at two commodity trading firms that may spark billions in bank losses, one hedge fund eked out a small gain.

Tradeflow Capital Management Pte returned a half percentage point to investors in April, just as it did the month before, and the month before that. Hardly dramatic advances, but for the Singapore-based fund, that’s entirely the point.

Tradeflow has returned about 5.5% over the past 12 months, with steady, bond-like returns derived from financing trade for commodities -- among the world’s most volatile industries after the coronavirus sent prices for everything from crude to coal tumbling.

Tradeflow has skirted the turmoil by not lending directly to buyers, sellers or trading firms like Hin Leong Trading Pte, the failed oil company that owes HSBC Holdings Plc and other banks almost $4 billion. Instead, it acts as a middle-man in small trade-finance deals, taking ownership of the commodity and getting it delivered. Even if one party fails, Tradeflow has the goods to sell in the open market.

“Having ownership of the commodity means we’re not relying on the balance sheet performance or the credit risk of the end buyer,” said Tom James, Tradeflow’s co-founder and chief executive officer. “We’re relying on the quality of the transaction; the commodity. If it all goes wrong we can sell that commodity quickly to someone else and get our money back.”

Hallowed - great post - it becomes very tiresome when some posters always head towards the least preferable option - the negative - dilution - without any info of the terms of the acquisition , I agree there are many ways of funding the purchase of a company and we are not in possession of the full facts - it could be syme purchase enough of the company to have the controlling interest - 51% it could offer incentives to the company - larger share of the profits - it could be purchased over a period of time in trances, fact is we just don’t know and to go straight to dilution is very negative. Let’s wait and see AZ has a way of surprising us all. GLA LTH
