Hi all/ anyone - thinking of investing in Forbes - my only other investment is in syme - I’m new to investing so be kind lol
On symes chat board there is an icon for RNSs I was looking on this BB and there does not seem to be one - have there been any RNSs released ? and if so where could I access them . GLA

Parm - thank you - I’ve stated it on numerous occasions - syme is my 1st and only investment and as such I’m still learning - what a share to learn from - wow it’s been an amazing journey so far and to fair I’m really enjoying it - it’s worth the investment for the knowledge gained and also the entertainment value.

Good morning all, just a thought - when AZ was accused of “dumping his shares “ (trolls words, not mine) given the fact that AZ did mention “in transit “ monetisation last year it’s perfectly feaseable that AZ has sold shares to fund the purchase of Tradeflow - the acquisition of Tradeflow will have been months in the making and due to NDA AZ will have not been in a position to answer his critics, as the Tradeflow deal looks like it’s going to happen one would have thought how it is to be paid for would have to be disclosed - unless it has nothing to do with us - AZ is purchasing Tradeflow himself - I agree- none of us know I’m just putting my thoughts out there - it would make sense to me and would also explain AZ selling shares - if so it could be part of AZs master plan to register Tradeflow as a UK company and float it on lse - and give us all the opportunity to invest in another fantastic company , just a thought

As stated on many occasions I always check my facts before posting, there’s lots of info out there - you only need to google it.

The first time a company sells stock, it is called and Initial Public Offering (IPO). When you purchase stock during the IPO, the money goes to the company whose stock you are buying.

The second time the same company wants to sell stock (raise money from the public), it is called as a Follow on Public Offer (FPO). When you buy stock during FPO, the money again goes to the company whose stock you are buying.

Enough to purchase Tradeflow me thinks

When a company issues shares, they sell them to investors (private for pre IPO) and public for post IPO. They get that money for the company. It goes into the company coffers. There are some middlemen: investment bankers, brokers and Wall Street, but other than that, the company is simply selling its shares and collecting the money for the company use.

It’s not the size of your holding that matters - it’s how long you leave it in !!!

Argo - 34 million shares - each one a vote of confidence in AZ ,symes model and fundamentals - if anyone needs reminding of the amount of money we have collectively invested in syme - 34 million shares from just one investor ( we don’t the purchase price of shares) we all put what we can in and some are still topping up - enough to pay for Tradeflow me thinks !
Mouth watering are the prospects of monetising all the military stock on a global scale - every time you think there’s no more to be had a new stream of income Avenue pops up - syme - the gift that keeps giving ! Best wishes all LTH

Golden rule to investing - don’t invest what you can’t afford to lose, have you thought about joining the Samaritans I’m sure there’s many souls worthy of being saved - more so than on here, there were rampers on here rockets etc but they have either all gone or toned down their ramps , meanwhile the derampers have increased the tone of their ramps ! Dyor look at posters previous posts, read the rns’s , proactive , share talk, Sunday roast, look at the people involved with syme, Tradeflow, imass, Quadrivio, SH, Lenovo, confidustria etc etc look at their staff and experience, look on linked-in check the history of all the staff involved, DO NOT take for gospel what anyone says on this or any other BB - including me - dyor if your not impressed move on if you are impressed invest - it’s that simple . no reply , think he’s bored with me now , lol - might have another go and ask him to put a tweet out or something - maybe a big fat juicy RNS , I feel so used lol

It’s too quiet - personally I preferred it when AZ was putting out little tweets, silence is a killer, nothing new to talk about and same things being posted over and over again - myself included in that statement - I’m just going over old RNSs , proactive and Q&A sessions, I hope something comes soon - the calm before the storm is getting boring - bring on the winds, big seas , tornados etc

Steve1972 - thank you - it’s nice to receive some positive feedback - I’ve been accused of being DA lol TRD , misguided, Uber ramper, having AZs ear lol all a load of nonsense - I’ve emailed AZ lots of times without reply, everyone is entitled to an opinion and can post what they like - I don’t engage with negative posters
( there’s too many) I reply with what I see as positive posts, I am aware of the risks and the news we are waiting for is long overdue, delays are inevitable Tradeflow is a welcome distraction and will have added to AZs daily workload, It’s only my opinion but I firmly believe that syme will get over the line with all its strategic goals intact and LTH will be rewarded, I’m happy to wait. Divvyup - works on the same industrial estate as I do and is a LTH , it is as he stated - he thought there might be some interesting news on Quadrivio and where they might be targeting their funding - inventory monetisation - he was researching - he might be called Divvyup but he is very clued up - don’t be quick to judge - the fact that ex as jump on it and tried to assinate what Divvyup was trying to achieve should not be reflected on Divvyup.
