Sorry to bleat on but reading the posts over the last few days has made me think - we had months of so called "just for balance" posters trashing the accountancy treatment " true sale" - " not a true " claiming to have been accountants 30yrs + experience blah blah blah who stated it would never get passed or recognised by the big four - for months they went on and on with their narrative - it's done - it's accepted as a true sale !!
Sorry I must have missed the post where they held their hands up and admitted they got it WRONG - instead they find some other little thing - they themselves are not sure about - exagerate it out of all proportion again to suit their narrative and bang on about it 24/7

I think if you have been invested since last August and witnessed the DA saga - fake websites - suspension - collapse of sp from the over hyped RNS that never materialised and the never ever ending amount of posters who have posted " just to add balance" I can assure anyone we've had enough balance to last a lifetime thankyou - I find it very patronising and with a touch of elitism that some posters think LTH are blindly invested without knowing the risks !!

I agree - no need for an RNS however it’s a vote of confidence that new investors/funders are backing AZ, syme and the business model , Tradeflow are already earning money and with TB in US pushing for “in transit” monetisation with the largest economy in the world and has stated there is a huge demand for it in the states it’s only a matter of time before AZ un-leash’s the beast .

Until we start to monetise inventory clients on boarding will be limited however once up and running and the platform is operational one would expect client numbers to increase significantly in all regions and both in warehouses and “ in transit”
If your a long term investor act like one and don’t expect instant gratification all businesses take time to develop and become established.

Only person to have predicted anything correctly today was me lol - see my post from this morning - bb gone mental - awash with new posters who claim to have been invested for months but have not contributed anything thus far until now !

I stand by one of my previous theories that the accounts will not be brilliant and AZ is only days away from big news and intends to offset the disappointing accounts with big news that will far out way the accounts.

No one should be expecting too much at this stage - we have not started to monetise inventory as yet - the moment we do is when we see syme goe through the gears and accelerate the business in all regions and an influx of new clients queuing to get their inventory monetised - not looking for childish arguments - this is just my opinion and how I see things panning out.

I’ve posted this before -I’m posting it again in case anyone has any doubts about the FCA - some would have you believe they have missed vital pieces of evidence when they were working with syme - does the same apply to the IFRS who confirm the compliance structure - or are all financial institutions flawed - or only when it suits some people’s narrative - every time we are expecting news the negative posters come out in force non of whom are currently invested but wish to cast doubt !!
not sure if there will be news tomorrow or not - not sure if it will be good or bad - not sure if sp will move up or down - I am sure that AZ and his team will be working really hard and he will deliver when he’s ready.

It’s substantially correct. Please consider that Big4 firm typically doesn’t “approve” (since the BoD is in charge into approval process) but confirm positively the IFRS compliance of structure.

I don’t have a big ass - I don’t engage n Facebook style attacks on individual posters - I don’t say things like “ I skip your posts “ then tell me how many posts I’m putting on lse and Twitter - big contradiction in itself - it very hard to understand how people can get an
opinion of someone without actually ever meeting them - I don’t call posters names like “big ass” I’m a grown up and find it very infantile - I’m not an aggressive poster who engages in childish behaviour - if you don’t like what someone else posts there’s no need to attack them verbally - filter or just skip their posts - that’s a reasonable and sensible approach to take - I post positive things about syme/ AZ and his team - I have a decent amount of shares myself and still adding - I don’t ramp about the size of my holding as I’m not that obsessed with everyone knowing how well I’m doing or pretending I’m doing well -

You can please most of the people some of the time or some of the people most of the time - you will never please all of the people all of the time !

Oh is that what it is - I won’t be silenced - I don’t predict sp but I am fiercely passionate about syme and our investment so I get accused of being a ramper - I’m not - I’m just extremely confident and positive about where AZ is taking us - I don’t engage in arguments - I focus on the positives and why shouldn’t I feel positive about my investment !

Parm - it does sound incredibly good - it has all the ingredients and the professionals to be a formidable force - it’s a company/ share for the masses from plumbers to painters ,doctors to joiners, cleaners to scientists and all in between with a low sp at the moment everyone can have a piece of the pie - I have no previous investing experience and I have loved the journey so far - the good the bad and the ugly - different strokes for different folks - not put my business or home at risk but will be adding when and if I can in the hope it changes my families life for the better - sun has just broken through so I’m off out in the garden

Luckybob - Argo - wolf - I think we all want the same outcome and I appreciate no monetisation transactions have been completed and poc will mean different things to different people - given that Tradeflow are already trading with a similar platform and as Argo stated AZ did say they had completed 2 transactions to prove the platform works - agree with wolf - they are possibly waiting for the captive bank completion and they will fund the 1st tranche of clients - I think they will be different tranches to start with - Quadrivio - Italian - imass and no disclosed funder for mena regions and captive bank for Uk and US

Given the fact that months ago AZ stated we were in the final stages of a typical securitisation transaction and the summer months will be when we get our cracking RNS the waiting will continue and the sp will remain as is - still being traded - I’m still hoping big news will come before then but and it could - but realistically 8 weeks will soon tick by and we will hopefully be on our way to greater things - and greater expectations lol - and the debating will still go on !!

Not sure how long it will take to get to 5p but I do think it will go beyond that in a couple of years - others on here would have you believe it's not worth anything !
Sp currently .41 and has been as high as .90 ( pre Tradeflow) we have not actually monetised anything as yet - facts and figures are not the only driver - if they were sp would be zero as we have not earnt a penny yet ( until accounts are released) so it begs the question - once the 1st 2nd 3rd tranches of clients have been successfully monetised in all regions and in "transit" given the sp .41 - .90 based on zero earnings - what could it reach in a short space of time ( couple of months) once we start earning - answer - no one knows - defineatly significantly higher than what it is now - you either believe AZ will deliver or you don't - your money - your call - your success - your disappointment !!!

Just for clarification - the following is the reply I received from AZ regarding the proof of concept - I think what people choose to see as the proof of concept is actually proof of clients - but if anyone seeks further clarification email AZ

Last RNS I predicted and posted the evening before the RNS - I thought there might be an RNS before the Tradeflow conference as otherwise they would not be able to divulge any news to the market via the conference - some questioned/ had a dig at my post - the answer came the following morning in the form of an RNS !

Anything to do with syme and the sp is definitely related - if it’s a poor set of accounts sp will plummet - if it’s a poor set of accounts ....but 1st tranche of clients are monetised I don’t think the sp would plummet ...do you ? In any event what I posted was what I was “ hoping” for not what I think will happen - of course no one knows - it’s one of the reasons why I post my thoughts but rarely challenge others as we are all entitled to an opinion and none of us can be right all the time, I do think all LTH will be rewarded significantly and if I had any doubts I wouldn’t be still invested - with a decent holding and still adding.
Not long hopefully before we find out who got it right and who’s licking their wounds.
