ii) Captive-Funding

I think funders have been an issue throughout and what as caused the delay, nothing new here for me - read back some of my recent posts - we now have access to Tradeflows funders !! It’s way Tradeflow is such a brilliant acquisition !!!

And still time for 2 daily RNSs before the month end, if AZ could have given us the wink I would have taken the day off work , it needs reading a fair few times - the more you read it - the bigger the smile !!!

Wow - it’s taken me half an hour to read through it, lots of info that needs to be read 2/3 times in order for it to sink in, very very positive IMO , it’s sounding like we are about to start IM , AZ confirmed we have access to Tradeflows funders should we need them, SH dealing with the Italian & Uk market, it’s all coming together.

No one should be doubting their investment because an anonymous poster says XYZ with no evidence to substantiate their opinion - it’s been said many times no one expects the accounts to be good and yet the sp ticked up on Friday, it’s not roulette and the accounts are only one piece of the jigsaw - if accounts are poor but confirmation of Tradeflow lands and 1st tranche of IM is announced accounts being poor will not stop the sp moving up, nothing is Clearcut and I don’t think anyone should put all the emphasis on accounts - trading update is more important IMO.

Personally I thought the acquisition and the synergies between the two are obvious unless I’m missing something - one specialises in “ in transit” and the other in “ warehouse” inventory monetisation - unless there is another form of inventory monetisation It would seem a perfect fit for both - with regards to gross originations we do not know the net numbers as yet - we are all expecting the worse but equally we could be pleasantly surprised - given that the time it’s taken I would be happy if we had retained 50% of gross originations and think this would be an acceptable starting point - I think it’s more important to start IM as soon as possible and get up and running - the numbers will improve with time globally.

I may be wrong but I am sensing a shift in attitude from you towards AZ & syme ,some of your posts of late do seem a little more positive - are you warming to syme and might you invest ?

I think moving forward for the sake of the board and everyone’s sanity there should be no round 2 , I personally do not name posters unless it’s to congratulate them on what I see as a good post , it’s better in IMO to direct your posts to the general population of the board without personally addressing a point to an individual , it minimises the risk of conflict, I prefer posts like we have witnessed from Havoc - Hallowed etc

Great posts - Hallowed - Havoc - the positives funding from Negma far out way any of the negatives - the funding is for the initial down payment for Tradeflow - we will have an asset that is not only up and running but will have a significant growth rate and whatever we pay for it will be far less than its future value - 5.6m is a drop in the ocean compared to the massive potential of the combined businesses of Tradeflow & syme - Tradeflow will ultimately become self financing and should generate enough income to cover the entire purchase , IMO I’m expecting/hoping the 1st tranche of clients monetised will be very soon and this is when we will realise the full potential of what we have invested in - we will be happy !!!

Havoc - totally agree not even worth replying too - it’s always the same - past few days very quiet - boring some might say - sp moved up slightly and all negatives appear as if by magic lol

I don’t believe in mob culture - I just prefer people to be upfront and honest - look at cenzo post - he sold at a loss and has lost faith due to CLN - still has the decency to wish the rest of us good look - I can respect his honesty - to the point - his decision - no one (mob ) has attacked his post !!
I’ve said it many times AZ and the team are very approachable if you need to know anything email the main man he will reply.

Just for balance - Parm, savvy, Steve,adamadd, herekittykitty, Marlena, doc100 etc and many many more at one time or another have shared their concerns and aired their frustrations - but all are invested and have been here a long time - they have earned their stripes and are well respected - posters who continually post only negative posts are non invested and ask questions knowing we cannot know the answers too and know it will lead to negative speculation- have a history of bad vibes towards AZ , syme, and investors ...well it doesn’t take a genius to workout the reaction of LTH !

Wow - how deceitful - the statement below tells you all you need to know about honesty and integrity!!

Over charging clients !! Credibility blown not only as an accountant but also a decent human being !!

Posters who try to offer an explanation of how CLN works and how Negma earns its money shows a complete lack of faith in investors - elitism springs to mind - if you listened to Sunday roast where so called “ death spiral” was discussed at length you would also realise this type of funding can be 15-25% cheaper than alternative funding - to continually post on the same subject that has been discussed at great length many times over can only mean you don’t fully understand it yourself or you want to keep negativity on the BB
Fact - AZ did suggest the pay back could be cash from IM
Fact - we have funding to continue growing and expanding into “in transit” monetisation which in turn means we have revenue and also addresses going concern issues - we are not stupid we understand it’s not the very best way forward but if it’s the only way forward then so be it the alternatives could be far worse - I don’t know the outcome - you don’t know the outcome - no one knows the outcome - while ever we are moving forward I will remain positive and will add to my holding when and if funds allow.
