Chitt66 - completely agree - AZ is putting the hours in - if it’s not all we want to hear by the end of the month it won’t be through lack of effort, determination and hard work not only from AZ but the entire team, AZ must be under so much pressure from all directions yet he remains focused , resolute, determined , and positively upbeat - let’s all try to adopt his optimism and enjoy the journey !!

Steve1972 and all - I didn’t ask him anything specific as I know he cannot divulge market sensitive information - I wished him well and wrote “ the general consensus by most LTH was that we need the 1st tranche of clients monetised “ I said most LTH have kept the faith in you and your team and we are all looking forward to the 1st transactions completed .

You have seen AZs reply I’m sure he is working extremely hard for us all and his reputation.

Mrrr - I would absolutely love it if all you mentioned happens by end of June - dead cert accounts and Tradeflow completion - not sure if AZ can get the 1st transaction through just yet - if we did get all on your list by end of June we wouldn’t need any other news for months it would be enough to see all holders seeing blue and then some - just going on what AZ stated “ cracking RNS in the summer months “ I’m looking at August before we achieve everything on your list - that said nothing would surprise me - AZ has upped the tempo and we must be very close to completing everything on the list - just be mindful we don’t want to get peoples hopes up only to feel let down again - everything on your list and more will come but it might be too much too soon - sincerely hope I’m wrong and you are right.

Looking at previous reaction to what all LTH would see as good news the market seems to react negatively - its only my opinion but I can't help but think any news other than the 1st tranche of clients monetised will have little effect on the sp - the 1st transactions is what the market is waiting for and is the most important factor, once the 1st transactions are completed it answers all other questions - funders, clients and proof the platform works, there is so much positive news to come SH update, UK update, US update ( which I believe will be massive in "end to end" monetisation) mena regions update , Tradeflow etc etc the one that really matters is the 1st client transactions - add to this all the aforementioned and it's very hard to see anything other than MASSIVE growth in a very short time - not trying to play it down and I'm ultra positive but I've been in long enough to see positive news has not affected the sp - I'm convinced AZ will be aware of this and will almost certainly be trying to get the 1st transactions over the line - new funders don't come onboard without 110% confidence in the future of Symes success like wise Tradeflow would not have agreed to the acquisition

Tradeflow will cover all working capital, cash burn and going concern issues as they are already up and running - the valuation in part was based on Tradeflow projections until 2023/5 that's without the new client revenue syme will add to Tradeflows own projections - TB in US has been very busy - look at the bigger picture and try to get your head around how big syme is going to be - those who can't see/comprehend the enormous potential don't wish to see it !!!

Accounts will be average at best - accounts are only one piece of the jigsaw - syme 1st to the table of £3 trillion untapped market - Tradeflow is a done deal - bit like buying a house - exchanged contracts just waiting completion date ( ain't no stopping us now , we're on the move ) new funders could be funding the 1st tranche of clients monetised as well as Tradeflow deal - accounts and Tradeflow completion are not the only bits of news we are waiting for - 1st transactions are looooong overdue as too is captive bank - AZ did state the summer months will be when we get our " cracking RNS" that could mean June,July and August - the fact we have a new CFO ( Amy Benning) supports AZs statement " we have seen increased interest in all regions " all the info we have is out there nothing much more to say - sp is very stable and everything is on track - enjoy the football and the weather - rampers - derampers it's only a matter of time before we all know one way or the other - trolls " up your guts " exo style

The issue is - the RNS explained the rationale for the accounts being moved till the end of June so why people decide to ask others opinions on here begs belief - unless they have an agenda - read the RNS !!!!

Very similar to what’s happening with syme - can only assume they think sp will fall even more and they’ve got time to buy back in cheaper - who knows!!!

Nobody knows what info the accounts will deliver - we should also see RNS confirming the completion of the Tradeflow deal - there could also be an RSN confirming the 1st clients transactions - we will see soon enough - the appointment of a CFO is in itself confirmation that progress has been significant enough to warrant a CFO !!!
Don’t listen to the negative posters they don’t know anymore than we do - this is the quietest I’ve known the BB - one hell of a storm brewing !!!

Fair play Johnski - I’ve recently been called a “ big ass ramper” people are entitled to deal/cope with their investment in their own way - some are mildly optimistic - some are wildly optimistic - nevertheless both are optimistic how they show/share their optimism is entirely up to them and how they respond/behave is also entirely up to them - if you say anything positive your a ramper - say anything negative your a deramper - should that really be the case ? Just for the record I post on here and Twitter not every social media platform possible as some have suggested !!

Don’t get me wrong it could happen tomorrow or Monday - I hope it does - but for me it’s not a priority and as I intend to keep all my holding for at least 3 more years I’m in no rush - it would be nice to see a pot building in my Isa account but I’m more interested at this stage that AZ gets it absolutely spot on - watertight that will stand up to any scrutiny - and it certainly is looking like he is.

Just read the agm questions - I can understand the frustration with all the delays and missed deadlines but I'm even more confident that AZ is developing the best inventory monetisation platform possible - " watertight" were his words - I am in exactly the same position as every investor in wanting the 1st tranche of clients monetised and the sp on an upward trajectory however if its at the expense of the longevity of the company I am happy to wait as long as it takes - I'm sure there are investors who will cash in once they have doubled/trebled their investment ( which is fine) I see the real money 3 - 5 years time which is what I'm in for - the real money.
Overall I think it's sounding very positive and the 1st transactions are only weeks away in any event I'm sure there will be very positive news to accompany the accounts .
Lots of new posters ( genuine ones welcome ) some with ulterior motives and using old traditional methods of posting which LTH have seen a 1000 times before - your not fooling anyone !!!

Going concern issue has been removed with the purchase of Tradeflow - Tradeflow is already up and running and when TB expands into US market it will be a formidable company in its own rights - hence the reason they are happy for syme to lead them on to bigger and better things.

Sharia compliant regions are big enough to be a successful stand alone entity.

Quadrivio funding the entire Italian client portfolio is huge .

Captive bank will reduce the cost to clients - more favourable terms than traditional inventory monetisation - scalable in all regions.

The recruitment drive and the addition of new funders can only be seen as a positive move and suggest we are very close to the 1st tranche of clients being monetised - the new funders will not put their hard earned into a company that could have "going concern issues"

The RNS stated the timetable for accounts and are tying it in with more favourable news ( Tradeflow) it would come as no surprise to me if bigger news were to be released at the same time - something is coming very soon - we all know it and the Bb is a lot quieter than of late, if you can't see how AZ has put all this together in just over one year and sense the shear enormity of its potential you need to go to spec savers.
