Miker444 - great post and absolutely spot on, although nothing is nailed on yet - you can see all the building blocks are in place, syme are increasing their personnel and continue to grow and expand , as miker444 points out the calibre of their staff is second to none , this will happen no one knows when but it will most definitely happen. SYME anticipates that the Captive Bank should be able to provide a lower cost of funding than other investors which, if achieved, would deliver higher gross returns to SYME from each contract.

Supply@ME Capital PLC (LON:SYME), the online inventory finance platform, said it has chosen to issue its securitised note to one investment group rather than syndicate it.

In a statement, SYME said that following detailed evaluation it has agreed to partner on an exclusive basis with a global investment fund whose intention is to subscribe for the whole of the first issuance and become an ongoing partner of the company.

“Whilst this decision has put back slightly the date of completion of the first issuance, the opportunity to form an ongoing partnership with the Investor will provide valuable benefits to SYME, both in the short and long-term,” the group said in the statement.

SYME added the investor concerned is a global alternative investment fund manager with a portfolio valued at more than US$70bn that specialises in capital markets solutions across many asset classes.

Going forward, the fund also intends to form a partnership to support the growth of Supply@ME’s inventory monetisation platform.

Supply@ME noted that the client companies included in the first Inventory Monetisation transaction are now fully on-boarded.

Final negotiations, operating and regulatory tasks are proceeding well said SYME and the objective is to complete the first transaction in the coming weeks together with a scalable funding agreement that enables the Investor to increase its investment and monetise additional Client Companies that are in the pipeline.

Anyone claiming to have insight into syme through a previous background are just fantasists - syme is unique - innovative - visionary - a path that has never been trodden - the FCA needed lessons to understand it - AZ and his team are trail blazers and are bringing inventory monetisation into the 21st century - the turn too company for inventory monetisation - weather it be stationary or " in transit" it's one of the reasons a lot of posters on here are fearful of what they don't understand and so wish to halt its progress even though it could help millions of companies to expand and in turn employ more people , the news will come - trolls rampers and derampers all said " AZ shouldn't be tweeting or giving any hints of what is to come - AZ has listened and in the absence of any news people make their own news up - with absolutely nothing to back up their accusations/speculations, wait for the RNSs and proof of concept and we will see who is still here posting ! If people insist on using quotes to support their claims , other info within the quote should be given the same level of credibility

Divvyup - great post - I’m loving the new sp and hope it continues to fall - selfish I know but in a couple of weeks time I should be in a position to top up by a fair amount so it suits me at the moment , I’m LTH so sp will only affect me when I decide to sell. GLA LTH

Rush it through and it ends up like Greensill, get all underpinning processes in place and make sure everything is ready before we launch, it all takes time, as for the jam tomorrow brigade - at least they acknowledge there will be jam - in skip loads. GLA LTH
