Upped my stake in 3 today, this being one of them.

NO PLACING. Just the ability to if they need to. Would like to know cash position at present but with a £1.1m raising in December. If GOI approval comes soonish with the $2.5m payment from Selan they may not need to raise at all.

I believe it’s just as described (Headroom) to show JV partner that they can raise money if required.

I wasn’t expecting a fundraise and found all the experts on here’s comments quite amusing yesterday.

It was stated as headroom, probably to show JV partner money can be raised if needed.
