Big fundraise

Maybe (and i'm not ramping), by doing a deal it guarantees Tesla first dibs on the company and its tech. If it goes into admin then the administrators will sell to the highest bidder or arrange a pre-pack deal. It makes sense that Tesla settle with a deal to acquire the company or it's patents.
