why would tesla settle? cpx on it's **** and at their mercy. only reason i can see is a vested interest. i'm sure their patents and tech would fit beautifully in tesla's portfolio.

I'd say that's likely. Good or bad it will come soon. Like a few others I'm waiting for news before jumping back in. Waiting for the £50K trade to show up later (maybe).
