According to the Malay mail, they have a full licence:

That would be life changing for me

Like many others I’ve been here for years. Probably 10 years. Just stuck them away feeling that one day they could be life changing.

Never got involved in any discussions and just kept them on the watchlist.

Now has to be the most positive situation ever. A new government who knows the only way to get power security and sort their financial issues is to use their own resources and stop importing.

I am surprised this isn’t multiples of this price. I guess some are quietly loading up and the rest are waiting for Phulbari to actually be mentioned and approval actually given.

It’s been a very long wait.
