Definitely looks like no RNS before the GM so hopefully the headroom resolution is part of the JV.

I like Gordon hope that this is not stringing us along to get the headroom passed before bad news.

I can only assume that both parties own shares in the new company. I don’t get how that works as surely Cambay would need to be owned by the new company?
