If you read back you’ll see I posted December news about the court case.

Very risky this. Toss a coin, RNS with some kind of rescue and it flies. Equally it could go into administration at any time.

Be prepared to lose all the money you put in, or possibly make big gains.

They did and didn't win.

(Alliance News) - CAP-XX Ltd on Monday responded to a court decision regarding its patent infringement case against Maxwell Technologies Inc.

Shares in CAP-XX fell 55% to 0.77 pence each in london on Monday morning.

The Sydney-based company, which manufactures supercapacitors for portable electronic devices, started its patent infringement trial against Maxwell Technologies last Monday.

The complaint, filed in September 2019, alleged that Maxwell Technologies had directly and indirectly infringed on CAP-XX's patents for several capacitor products.

On Friday, the jury in the Delaware district court affirmed that CAP-XX's patents were invalid, thereby nullifying the accusations against Maxwell. As a result, Maxwell is not liable to pay any damages or license fees.

Maxwell, a California-based manufacturer of energy storage and power delivery products, was acquired by Tesla Inc in 2019 for USD218 million.

In response, the company said: "Whilst CAP-XX is disappointed with this decision, it is in discussions with its attorneys to agree the appropriate next steps."

Well my funds (including a decent profit from here) are ready. However, I'll wait for news first and if I get locked out so be it.

Not quite as optimistic as Discodog or IKhan. I stand to be corrected. We'll see.

Umm I’m not in and watching very carefully. Not ramping or deramping.

This is clearly a very risky situation. Boom or bust.

Any newbies please read the RNS’s and make your own calculated decisions. Don’t listen to people ramping the hell out of this to try and minimize their losses after being spiked.

Just from my point of view, if I were going to buy the company, I personally would wait for admin and buy the patents cheap.

Company has no money and can’t afford the legal fees. Tesla have deep pockets and will destroy them if they want to.

On the other hand Dr Cooley upped his stake to 11%. Is he trying to recoup losses or take over the company. Next RNS from him will clear that up.

Sorry, was worried about Dr selling and wondering why someone would buy now rather than when they’re in administration for a fraction of the price. I had £30k in here which is a lot for me. Just couldn’t risk it. Good luck to those still in.

Umm, my concern is that if the RNS says Cannacord sold theirs on friday. Who was selling today?

I don't think you need to be a brain surgeon to know an RNS will land soon. It could be Cannacord selling out, it could be the doctor upping his holding or heaven forbid reducing it. It could be that a deal has been struck or it could be that a deal hasn't been struck. lots of RNS could occur.

Don't take any notice of Ikhan, he or she will keep blagging it until one does arrive and pretend to have inside information. Not once offered any information that came to anything.

I wouldn't worry about analysis. This is either going bust or a deals being worked in the background.

The Dr's intentions are critical here. I don't believe he would up his stake to 11% in a company that was going down unless he is just flipping them. I don't see that. Too many patents here.

Good news and 1p is cheap. Bad news and who knows.

Time will tell if this is a good move but I think this matter will get resolved.

Been thinking that myself. Why not make an offer for GCM. They'd get the whole shooting match at a bargain price. Watch this space, I personally think that once NED and Gov approval is sorted they'll try their luck with an offer.
