All a bit irrelevant as sod all seems to be happening and BOD seems to not have anything to update us on.

A T/O would be cleaner and easier surely. Why would they want to partner with a British company when Bangladesh and China are so in love?

I did put LOL as I don’t know if we’re big enough to make a difference. I do believe we’re onto them and they will have to show their hand soon. Clearly price is being manipulated. After what seemed a fruitless visit to China you would expect a price drop but it’s still being held in the range. Definitely something happening IMO

Risky to trade, news could take months or could drop at any moment. Imagine selling for 10% and news drops. You’d never get back in at anywhere near these prices. Not worth the risk.

Lots of 100k buys as well. Prob realise we’re on to them and they need to get on with it … lol

Maybe a consortium of parties buying and joining up later. If they want to keep buying low. As soon as word gets out officially that someone’s stake building it will fly. Best to all keep hold of ours shares and keep them out of circulation, the sooner they run out of shares to buy the sooner they’ll have to break cover.

Read about how Abramovich acquired Sibneft when it had to be sold in four quarters to prevent one person owning it. He simply bought each bit with a different company and then merged them.

If a group of people each bought a stake just below the threshold no one would know. Then they could all merge and report it.

Makes sense, as does keeping the price low to offer a low price. I’m sure we’ll see soon.

Seems to me an offer is inevitable. China and Bangladesh have a special relationship. Won’t want a British company involved. They just need to get on with it.

Seems a few sales but price not moving out of range. Delayed buy will pop up no doubt.

OK but why is it held in this tight price range? Not normal. I think someone’s loading up (hence always big delayed trades) and selling a few to get price back in range. Why if not planning a T/O?
