I’m feeling a little smug!

Duferco were selling and have very significantly reduced their holding.

Possibly a misprint where it says 4 March 35 million.
Is that meant to be 4 May?

Anyway they are steadily chipping away. Their overhang is finite and at some point it’s impact on the share price will end. This was a necessary evil to acquire Vanchem, a company transforming asset. Not much BMN can do until Duferco (Grafton) are done so please let’s cut the BoD a little slack over the short term share price.

So that’s another 38938 kg of Nitrovan arrived in US.

Remember what BMN have recently confirmed about pricing. The achieved price is 1 to 2 months in arrears of LMB prices. This shipment will be at prices close to the recent highs which in US has been as high as 75 kgV.

Doesn’t take a genius to work out that is a lot of revenue and more importantly a significant profit about to come BMNs way from these two containers.

25 Jan 2019 1,119,057,953 shares in issue.

29 April 2022 1,265,456,822 shares in issue.

Increase of 146,398,869 or 13.1% over 3 years 3 months.

Of that 104,007,247 shares were the CLNs to Duferco as part payment for the now 100% owned Vanchem production plant that is set this year to nearly double BMN production by year end. That is 9.3% dilution that will help double production capacity, with potential for further increases in future.

That leaves just 42,391,622 shares issued over the last 3 years and 3 months. That is just 3.8% dilution for other purposes in 3 years plus. For an AIM company that is not bad at all. Of that 34 million shares were issued to Yellow Dragon as part of the acquisition of Vametco. The other very valuable production plant in the BMN stable.

If you wish to post the accusation that there is “ Dilution at every turn.” then list the dilution over the last say three years, other than the CLNs to purchase the excellent Vanchem asset that will form a major part of the company’s revenue and profit generating capacity into the future. And by the way which is a very small % dilution to acquire such a significant asset.

Without the specific evidence of dilution (and I mean shares issued and % of shares in issue) then what you have posted is unsubstantiated nonsense

Share issue overhangs are not nice but they are finite.

Here we go again. A dip in sp and a chorus of management don’t deserve their bonus.

The bonus scheme works to formula that is not just dependent on the share price. It incentivises the BoD to get the business right and thank goodness that it does.

Do you really want the BoD to entirely focus on short term sp rather than building a solid and sustainable business?

Of course we all want a return on our investment. So do the BoD as significant shareholders.

That is more likely to happen long term if they get the business right.

Nothing wrong with your comment but I think the issue is that some think of BMN as just a miner. Hopefully this bb can at least be used to correct that misunderstanding.

No BMN is not just a miner. Yes they own the Vametco mine.

However Vametco and Vanchem are processing plants using the mined ore to produce a variety of finished products.

This company is already so much more than a mining company, with or without BE. And every shareholder needs to understand that!

Chips dips don’t you think that rather depends on whether or not the seller is willing to accept such a low price? So far there is not much evidence of that.

Assuming that the seller is Duferco they need to achieve around 10p plus selling costs to break even on their CLNs. Personally I believe they have sold some below that but have sold many more above 10p. It depends on what they are hoping for as the average selling price.

I doubt they are too keen to lose 10% or more. What do you think?

It looks to me like the selling of their overhang is controlling the share price. I am hopeful that the6 have already disposed of a very significant proportion of their shares (see my previous post) so perhaps not too long before the brakes are released on the share price.

I accept that some if this is speculation and just my opinion but circumstantial and factual evidence do point in this direction.

In summary it is very likely that Duferco have not informed BMN of their sells from March. They do have form!

And of course we don’t have April sells either.

We do have a persistent large seller and there aren’t many with the opportunity and the motive to sell other than Duferco.

In my opinion Duferco may have sold another 30 to 45 million in the time since the 55 million figure was released.

By the way you do know our main market is the US where prices are apparently a lot higher?

Kevkan yes that was the exact example with BMN that I was alluding to. I am hopeful of a similar share price response.
