For anyone reading back through yesterday’s posts I suggest reading VauxhallViva at 17.08 and NorthernMonkey at 17.32. Both very informative and sensible posts by two long term holders that don’t post often but clearly have a sound understand of matters BMN.

Just my opinion but it demonstrates that there are a lot of holders of BMN shares that may not be very visible but know exactly how exciting is the future of this company.

All this noise about profit and loss during a period of global crisis is just that ... noise. BMN has emerged strong and determined to achieve its long term goals like no other company I have invested in. Of course it has had to adjust to the unexpected global crisis and protect its cash but that is just what any intelligent investor would be looking for.

Despite strong headwaters we see progress on every front of the business and following yesterday’s announcement I am more confident than ever that it will not be long before we see a rapid recovery in the share price.

I stand by my view that BMN is an exceptionally good AIM company lead by a very talented and strategically forward thinking BoD.

I hope those BMN investors quietly in the background take the opportunity to join in here and express their support for the company.

All the above is just my opinion.

This morning might be an appropriate time to remind the readers if Mikhial’s views on how BMN / Bushveld Energy make money from VRFBs through vertical integration. Quite fascinating. From interview on 11.11.19 and perhaps now coming to fruition. Remember this is exactly what FM / MN have been planning for:

MN "In some ways we aren't in direct control. Let's take an example of a project like our minigrid. There we are the developers so we get a development fee when that project closes. We are an investor so we get the return in equity or dividends from the power purchase agreement that is signed to pay for the energy that minigrid produces. By the way we are supplying a battery too so if we want to we charge a mark up on somebody else's battery. If we are invested in that company we get an additional benefit because our investment has now appreciated in value because that company has now got more deployments. We are supplying electrolyte so we get a fee for manufacturing the electrolyte into that project. We mined the vanadium so now we've got a sale on the vanadium. This integration allows us really to capture the value sometimes 4 or 6 different activities on just one single project. I don't know who is getting 6 ways to make money on one project. To some there might be only 2 or 3. But in either case it's more than just vanadium and that's what integration allows us to do."

That is great news. Hopefully the start of a long and very successful part of the Bushveld group story along with its partner Invinity.

It is my hope that from now on every piece of relevant news is RNS delivered and not saved for quarterly updates. It is essential to keep the BMN name upfront to investors.

Sounds like you have an axe to grind. And who are those two rampers ?

Show some patience and wait until H1 results are published. That way you can’t be accused of attempting to mislead the bb.

You may be the best chartered accountant in the world. As such you will know that it is only the official accounts that matter, not idle pi speculation, no matter how brilliant it may seem to the author.

So why don’t we wait for that RNS.

Rather than speculating on profit or loss I prefer to wait for the actual numbers to be published. Whilst I understand why some like James wish to do this I have one important issue with it. It hands a golden opportunity to the trolls to work on without any verifiable way of counter-arguing. We can all be clever with numbers and claim this or that profit or loss to come, but most will be wrong.

I have seen that many negative own goals posted on the bb over the years and yes in my opinion this is yet another one.

It is no coincidence that that was his next response after a post of mine referencing my own cancer. I believe he used Corbine’s name to get back at me. What an utter scu*bag this troll is.

There are a number of lying dishonest trolls that have been banned from LSE. Evidence of their dishonest character ... sneaking back onto LSE after hours or at weekends to spread doubt and disrupt normal discussion, only to be removed once again before opening of markets. Just remember why they were banned from LSE : lying, misleading, abuse, etc. Excellent character reference if you. Chose to believe anything these rats say!

So how do you spot these lying trolls? Quite easy really.

1. Click on name of troll and look for A/C set up same day or same weekend (any earlier and they get picked up and removed by Admin.)
2. First post usually be after hours or at weekends, again to deceitfully avoid Admin security. Sometimes they will pop up during office hours but their posts don’t last long.
3. First post will sometimes appear quite innocuous, maybe even supportive, but often they start with a negative. (Note subtlety of second post today agreeing sp rise but only to 25p over 5 years ... very clever! But don’t be fooled)
4. Look for a surprising amount of historical knowledge about BMN for a new investor. They were fairly nasty characters when on LSE before being banned and have been around for several years.
5. They will use ‘facts’ but in a highly selective way and will disregard the many positives.
6. A highly provocative style but initially polite (their guard soon slips!)
7. Attacks on the reputation of well researched long term holders in an attempt to discredit people that can destroy their trolling comments. This is one of their most common methods.
8. They often seek to divide opinions by agreeing with some posters against others. Any negativity you post will be happily seized upon by them.
9. They are persistent so be wary of engaging in discussion. You only give them a platform for more lies and misleading comments.
10. Don’t underestimate them. They are clever ... in that sneaky dishonest way.

Last night’s troll seems to have been removed. Excellent. How long before today’s reincarnation by the poor sad lonely troll gets taken down? Certainly by tomorrow opening.

Time is precious to me and I don’t have enough of it left to engage with these sad morons.

I would also point out that H1 figures have not been released yet so no one can definitively state profit or loss for that period until they are. Maybe you and others could show some patience and wait until those figures are published rather than making wildly speculative claims about the profitability of BMN.

Don’t be taken in by the likes of Calamari who in my opinion has cleverly manipulated today’s discussion..

Liberia nothing is obvious to new investors. Calamari’s claim has to be backed up with evidence. And if anyone wants to claim profit or loss in a particular quarter (including you!) I want to see the evidence.

Kyloe do you agree with me that Calamari has made a very serious claim about bmn without providing any evidence to support that claim? What do you thing Calamari should now do? In fairness to all the other investors

Calamari I have had you on filter for quite a long time and with very good reason. Today while I endure yet another session of chemotherapy I logged on to LSE to catch up only to find numerous references to you. Clearly something going on so I removed you from filter just to see what all the fuss is about.

So what do I find? The usual bag of hot air from you with no substance whatsoever ever. I repeat ... no substance.

You blather on about BMN being “loss making” ( haven’t counted how many times you have repeated that) yet not once have you quoted a single piece of hard evidence (undisputed numbers) to back up your claim. This is one of the worst forms of deramping I have seen for sometime.

Now either put up all the figures that prove what you claim as fact .... or shut up. Unequivocal evidence please.

I note that at 8.29 Pigpen asked you to put up your evidence. You have carefully and deliberately avoided doing that.

Now don’t waste my time with any response other than numerical proof to support your claims. Any other response I will dismiss.

You may or may not be a genuine investor but it is not good enough just to keep repeating your mantra with no supporting evidence. You may be correct or you may not but you must produce evidence.

Fascinated to read an RNS that has some strong positives yet some here can only write negative comments. Get real you lot. BNM have had to cope with a major global crisis and they have done it very well. That alone should be cause for celebration

A solid RNS that highlights for me one very important point that must be commented on .... Bushveld Group were very well managed during Covid19 and have emerged in remarkably good shape.

Costs down and achieving greater sales in China where prices have been significantly higher.

Kn at first glance it is a very high level debate about why and how mineralisation occurred in the Bushveld complex. No relevance to BMN assets or operations.
