Stop speculating on what other shareholders have or have not done with their holding. You are coming across as a gossip and rumour monger.

Your comment was based upon no evidence and is therefore pointless mischievous speculation.

Speaking for myself I have not sold any shares. Indeed I have bought a few more over the last year and as I now have some spare cash will be buying more over the next week or so. Why? Because in my opinion this company is incredibly undervalued and I expect a significant rerate in the not too distant future.

Now you may think what you like about other LTHs but I suggest you keep those divisive thoughts to yourself.

Today is tinged with sadness. Sold my yacht. That marks the end of 42 years of owning boats and forced upon me by circumstances that many of you will be aware of. This one was a beautiful boat and I received three unconditional offers at full ask on second day of marketing. One or two wobbly moments for me today but life moves on.

However I am nothing if not a fighter. It also means that Pdub has some money to spend. Now let me assure you that I will be taking full advantage of this crazy low BMN share price. Anyone with at least half a brain cell and has looked at BMNs numbers and future plans must now see this as one of the best opportunities on AIM to invest in a very undervalued company with an exciting future. Even if any of you lot out there are too blind to see it I am not.

So come on MMs ... I’m after some of those shares that you have stolen from less astute investors.

- The world supply chain for vanadium remains in deficit and today even more so, Bushveld Minerals are so far ahead of the other players.

So many companies on AIM make no profit and are full of promises and bluster. BMN in my opinion is so far from these and i truly believe our time will come. Ignore all the noise, learn the facts about the business, how it works, how it MAKES PROFIT. How it is investing money elsewhere to further the business planning for the future, how we have Mikhail Nikomarov one of the worlds leading VRFB authorities at the helm of Bushveld Energy. Do your research and satisfy yourself. Did i mention the potential of multiple revenue streams from VRFB's ? Maybe leave that one for tomorrow...”

Bear in mind that BMN has tripled sales to China and that Chinese vanadium prices are upto 25% higher than other global markets (higher margins for BMN!)

We all know these two new accounts are lying dishonest trolls that will be gone in the morning. Best left alone to play with themselves.

Shape up you lot. VRFB future is in Grid Storage. This is an industry at early stage but with massive future potential. The clear benefits of VRFBs over Lithium at this level will become very clear to the markets as large projects come on line, as in China.

It’s not lithium v Vanadium v pumped storage v bla bla bla. More like horses for courses .... and there is a very large course laid out for VRFBs... grid storage.

And BMN are positioning themselves to be right at the heart of the new energy revolution. The market is huge and there will be various technologies involved. VRFBs will no doubt take a large share of this market and as a large vertically integrated low cost vanadium platform they stand to benefit at every stage from raw material supply to electrolyte rental and VRFB contracts, and through its partnerships that extends to all major global markets.

Enjoy the ride. Remember 2027 and 2018? I think we may see those kinds if so rise again.

And those projects haven’t gone away and the benefits will accrue.

Finally Eskom. Way beyond BMN control but Fortune is a shrewd political man and I see plenty of evidence of him protecting his relationship with the Government and Government organisations. In the long run this is good news for shareholders. But that is nit the end of it. Rather than sit and wait FM and MN chose to be proactive and drive VRFBs and their links in other global markets forward. They are not going to be totally dependent on Eskom, and this is mire good news for shareholders.

What we have at BMB is great leadership and a very exciting business plan that they are pursuing and delivering both with determination and flexibility. I like what I see and trust them to get on with it.

Patience patience patience. That’s what I said in 2016 ... just before the BOOM years of 2017 and 2018 for BMN shareholders. So .... I leave you with my final thought for today ..... Patience Patience Patience .... and then ...... ok got to say it .... BOOM

Correction “ BMN will emerge strongly ....’

Faramog I understand what you are saying about Africa time and delay, but it’s a point of view without perspective and context and therefore in my opinion flawed.

The issues you discuss have all been affected by factors either beyond BMNs control or by new opportunities that BMN chose to re-prioritise .... and correctly in my opinion. Let me explain.

Mokopane ... remember this is where the Vanadium story began with the announcement of the project to the market on 27.11.2013. A long time ago yes. However beyond Bushveld control was the ridiculous delay to issuing that licence. I assume that the corruption in the mining office of that region and Fortune’s unwillingness to go down that road (thankfully !!!) caused the delay. He cannot be blamed for that!

So why not vigorously pursue the development of Mokopane now? Changed priorities... simple. BMN correctly chose to search out existing plant on brown field sites and came up with the excellent deal to acquire Vametco at a small fraction of the cost of building new plant at Mokopane and becoming a producer in a fraction of the time, and we now know those initial profits from high V prices were used to develop the business. Our BoD are great at responding to changing opportunities and new priorities. It is not a weakness ... it is one of their greatest strategic strengths!

So what about JSE? Well another priority changed with the opportunity to acquire Vanchem. This was explained in the Final Results. I think anyone who knows anything about this company would agree that acquiring a SECOND plant on a brown field site was more important to the business than listing JSE at that moment in time. Excellent flexibility on the part of the BoD. However we also know that they are working towards JSE later this year or next now that Vanchem is done. They have told us as much already!

Then there have been two other events of significance and completely beyond the control of BMN but their responses to changing circumstances has been excellent in my opinion. The first ...Falling V prices in 2019 inevitably hit margins and the decision not to pay a dividend was correct, given the investment demands at the time. And worth repeating that at no time did they give a specific commitment to a dividend payment ... only to establishing a dividend policy, which they delivered.

The second event was Covid19. Most certainly beyond the company’s control but what a magnificent response. Even during shutdown sales appear to have happened using stock. Then maintenance shutdown brought forward to take advantage and avoid another closure later in the year. Now of course back up to full production as I understand it. Then the stated policy of protecting cash. Under the circumstances exactly the right thing to do. Once again responding correctly to changing conditions. A real strength of the BoD. Yes some projects may be delayed .... but BMB will emerge strongly while others collapse. (To be continued)

Uksteveg whilst I understand what you are saying about people dropping in on other forums to ‘wind people up’ (which you need to remember was also in response to posters doing same from elesewhere) your attempt to blame people from this bb for the repeated visits by the troll (s) with apparent mental issues is quite frankly disgraceful. I am an investor not a trader. Found a very good company, invested for long term. They are doing exactly what they promised. That is all an investor can ask. We said their time will come back in 2016 and it did ... and some in 2017 and 2018. I firmly believe history is going to repeat itself when everything falls into place. Health permitting I will be there to benefit. What you do is up to you but if no interest to me.

Well if there is one thing that we have been able to rely on over the years it’s that gkb47 will periodically turn up talking his arrogant and divisive tripe and negativity. I’m guessing it’s happened again (filtered thank goodness). Best ignored.

Welcome iantobach. Wishing you you great success in this venture. Just my opinion of course but I believe this to be a company with a very exciting future, with an excellent management that is positioning the company to lead in the vanadium and VRFB energy storage space.

You are not the only one knuttie. Very questionable negativity, given profits announced in Final Results despite $30 million cash used towards purchase of Vanchem, production costs down and production up at Vametco, and now Vanchem production adding 30% to BMNs attributable production in Q1.

And they have efficiently managed lock down, protected cash, maintained production targets for 2020 and used shut down for annual maintenance. Oh and of course tripling sales in China where margins are much higher.

Negativity? Pull the other one.
