Worth remembering the great opportunities that the V price spike gave BMN, leading to the acquisition of Vametco and arguably Vanchem, two of the four primary vanadium production plants.

The sp may be lower now but the future of the company was given its foundations by those high prices and the wise investment decisions taken by the BoD.

As you say any future Vanadium price rise should be driven by a more sustainable demand from energy storage on top of infrastructure needs from steel industries globally.

Current sp looks very cheap to me.

Just my opinion.

Brgmg I am just about to set off for Hospital for another unpleasant full day of Chemotherapy. I usually take my iPad and look forward to reading the BMN bb as a welcome distraction.

However today is different. Your need to justify your existence has wrecked the bb so sadly I won’t be reading for the rest of the day. Please think about the arrogance you are displaying... “I’m right everyone else wrong” ...it’s unbelievable! I am fed up with reading this cr*p.

This bb is for discussing BMN ... not voicing your opinions about shareholders that believe in the company. Think about it ... you are belittling all long term investors ... not just here but in any company. Brgmg almost every post you have written today has contained a jibe about LTHs or those that have very positive views about BMN.

Yet you have the cheek to expect those very people to jump to provide answers to your questions.

The answer Nick kindly gave you has been posted by others previously during discussions on the same topic and was extracted from the relevant RNS that you could have looked up yourself. Here is the relevant section from the RNS Vanchem Acquisition Completion Update dated 23 October 2020. (Surely the RNS title gives sufficient direction for someone of your intelligence as to where to look if you can be bothered!)

“Convertible at the holder's option in two tranches of up to US$11.5 million each, after the first and second anniversary of Transaction Closure respectively, at a 5% discount to the prevailing 10-day volume weighted average Bushveld Minerals share price leading up to conversion”

I don’t mind what views you have about BMN or the CEO or Vanadium prices or BE or any other relevant topic. After all this the correct platform to exchange those opinions (though don’t expect a gentle ride if you come over all negative!). However cut out the cr*p about LTHs. It’s boring and irrelevant. No wonder you don’t get respect from other posters.

Most people on this bb do not know each other and can only respond to the online comments. If you are attracting hostility from others it is purely in response to what you post. They have nothing else to go on.

Calamari rather than being ‘annoyed’ I seem to recall suggesting it was wiser to wait for the figures to be published rather than all the negative speculation.

It would also appear that neither of us is an accountant (note Raffym’s interventions) so perhaps best stick to what you know and understand?

So Calamari the broker target is nearly 4 x the present share price.

I think we can agree that would be a great multiple to achieve for any new investor thinking of putting money into BMN.

So just remind me Calamari .... how many times the current share price is that?

Good summary knuttie. I wasn’t sure how the market would react but it seems that panic was avoided (despite the best efforts of one or two idiots posting today) and perhaps investors are at last seeing the positives.

Funny how the nasties and bottom feeders only appear on days like this. Best ignored.

Very pleased that unlike our Government the BoD have a very clear future strategy and appear to have chosen a good finance partner. Happy that investment going into Vametco to increase production.

I don’t Calamari but like everyone else I am entitled to express an opinion., as are you and I don’t rely on your comments either!

Over the years, and unlike many people that post on these boards including yourself, I have made it clear that my comments are just an opinion, using expressions such as ‘just my opinion’. My conscience is entirely clear.

Oh and I was expressing those opinions when the share price was below 1.5p you may remember that subsequently it rise to nearly 50p, so I wasn’t too far out was I?

The business has continued to grow and yes the sp definitely deserves to be way higher than it is IN MY OPINION!. Apologies for not forecasting Covid19!

gkb47 you are a liar. I don’t do sp forecasts. I have always focussed on company performance and it’s potential to give good investor returns but I don’t try to predict specifically how much or by when.

Frankly I am not surprised that someone like you would seek to misrepresent my views.
