No I do not think that with regards to shares. The problem is some people get so unbelievably excited so quickly that as the price goes up people start saying 'its going to rise to 20's' and 'news imminent' etc without any facts. This share has been horrid in so many ways but has hope. We need an RNS asap and not much will change without it. We can over speculate which is not good in some ways but in other ways needed to maintain our hope! This share is driving me crazy and am so desperate for real news!

Tilburn - from previous posts I have read that it could spike to 26p based on ratification and long term up to 90p but that is merely speculation based on previous posts. I would be interested to know what constitutes medium term and long term though?

Thanks Bridges. I am counting the seconds until this finally gets ratified. Months and months of waiting for news has been so draining and we have had a few false dawns. This parliament seems to be the slowest and bureacratic I have seen. I cant bear the thought it will take 9 weeks to get ratified and hopes its next week. Like you I have been accumulating over months and personally have everything tied up here (and some in PET).

Mohh is somebody I know well because I have studied and worked with people like him. Craves attention and thorouhgly enjoys annoying people because his life is so sad. My advice to everyone else is to ignore him as that will cause him great pain. As for everything else its a tricky situation but I personally am holding my nerve being patient and 'hoping' for this matter to be resolved and looking forward (with some trepidation) to the Feb 24th ish - EGM. So many unknowns and so many things don't make sense but that's my approach whether its good or bad time will tell.

Something that may be of interest to you all. I have mentioned Ghana recess over Christmas and here are the dates. 21 December 2019 to 5 January 2020. Would be fab to have ratification news before the 21st but lets wait and see

would be so good if news could come out before parliament goes into recess. Will double check recess dates but maybe they wont and may wait until the insolvency act is approved. I read somewhere they expect the insolvency act to be approved by 'april 2020' so not sure what impact that would have on ratification. Do you think ratification would come after that act is approved?

May I please suggest people ignore 'attention seeking and unhappy' confu. It is sad to see a grown adult in dire need of some form of attention. We are all mature serious investors please seek attention elsewhere. Nice to see a small rise but it may go up and down next few days and weeks, until news is out.

I HEAR YOU riseandshine. Greed is one thing but also the unpredictability of this environment is something that 'blurs the eyes' from what is a bad or good decision as everything involved risk. We are hearing number possible number of a rise to 5p, 10p and possible upwards trend of 90p but based on predictions and subject to many complex factors. Would Clon let it rise to 90p or would they want to buy people out before for a much lower figure and profit themselves? Touch call but we all have hope that loyal long term investors can benefit.

Riseandshine - Wise words indeed. Absolutely spot on about the point you made about nobody losing until they sell. Its a waiting game and no doubt many of us are feeling worn out playing the waiting game. However saying that I will be patient and hope the promised land arrives! If not then i may be annoyed at not selling when it rose up to 1.90 I recall.

Pleased to see it rising but its a usual spike and then later drop I think. Buys are small scale nothing that gets the heart racing. This will be the case I think until actual news comes out. Whether that's tomorrow or in the next few months who knows?

Thanks Bridges. There are alot of nervous people (including me) who have invested and are beginning to feel a bit impatient. Yes it could be any day but for some of us each day seems to be dragging on. Yes the truth is we have no control but all we can do is patient and wait. It would be so good if ratification could come before Ghana parliament recess as that would avoid Xmas.
