Looks like now is the time to come back. After getting so frustrated with constant false dawns and delays I took a break and instead of checking 20 times a day stuck to once every few days.

Seems exciting and promising and now let’s hope very very quickly ratification can take place and we can see fortune truly favour the brave. I am still remaining calm just because of how long everything has taken and hope very soon we can see a high spike.

With all this doom and gloom around the coronovirus do we think that this will impact the SP on ratification?

I watched some of the proceedings today in my lunch break. It seemed they were spending most of the time talking about the Corona virus. I hope this doesn't tale priority. Fingers crossed this gets passed by early next week. My hope is this gets ratified by the end of the first quarter (april 2nd) and the first thing i would do is top slice and go away easter holidays just to recover from all this intensity and wait!

I cannot think of anything more frustrating and annoying than proceedings of the Ghanian parliament (other than Onassis not leaving this group). SP is driving down and we need this bill passed and quickly after ratification. Looking at timelines if the bill is passed by early next week it gives us a few weeks to get ratification so fingers crossed.

According to papers they have move do to 35 clauses. Not sure how many clauses but making progress. Onassis can you kindly find another group to annoy. Constant ramping claims are just unprofessional. Thank you. Each day we are getting closer.

For those that have more contacts than me am I correct in assuming that parliament MUST (for all our sake) pass the insolvency bill AND ratify Pan andean BEFORE recess on April 2nd?

No I am aware that an development work would take 2 to 3 years as a minimum. What I meant was that my strategy for investing in Clon was less than 2 years so I personally would be happy with a spike from ratification. Subject to how high it may go I may top slice and keep the rest in for 2 years.

Thanks Bridges. Unpredictable times indeed. 2 years will be too long for me personally, but do we still think that ratification will boost this to a minimum of 7p? I expect that this will HAVE TO BE RATIFIED by the time the sitting ends on April 2nd? Do we know how long Ghana recess is for in April?

Good questions Tradinglad. It took a good few weeks to go through 115 clauses as part of the narcotics bill so will be interested to know the same. Thanks for updates Bridges btw

Onassis - Coming days or weeks or months? Is it based on wishful thinking or something a bit more?

I did not get in when it was low but came in at .60 and then purchased more at 1.54 when it peaked. With pet i came in at 8p and then bought more at 12p. so need a good rise to make it worthwhile.

Fair point and it requires real skill, contacts and alot of research to identify low shares that have potential. I am invested in Clon and Pet (most of my holdings are in Clon). I do think something good will happen in the next 8 weeks (by end of April) but would much rather it happened earlier of course.

Hi Bridges, I invested most of my savings in this because of the massive potential and research indicating that after 10 plus years, things were getting alot closer. I am excited but am getting impatient. The BOD seems like genuine people but process is slow and out of their hands. I am confident its finally drawing to a close though.

Appreciated bridges. Last night to some previous interviews with DH. Over the past few years they have certainly been involved in a large number of projects including peru, equitrorial G and Bolivia others. But I never heard any successes from these projects. I hope Ghana will be different and the real game changer we are all desperate for (especially long term investors). I am relieved that they have started the insolvency bill so lets watch this space. Bridges do you think Clon have already agreed a farm in company? I would expect so and would be shocked if they haven't. I would hope that they have agreed everything even the fine legal details and all they await is ratification, sign the agreement and get started on work asap. I hope I am not being naive but a decade has passed and they should be ready one they get to go ahead?

freeshare when I had a look I noticed that as of Wednesday they have gone through the 115 clauses for the Narcotics bill and made quite a few amendments. So knowing how slow they go through things I probably think it will take another few days (maybe 5 days ish). So would not be surprised if it gets sorted end of next week. That will then bring them to the Insolvency bill. So probably another 2 weeks after that ish.

I am no expert at all just reading a few things and making guesses. I mentioned this before but I do recall reading the Pa Andean ratification is expected to take place by the latest end of april as that is the end of the first sitting.
