My personal view on HYVE is that the market see's the rights consolidation and subsequent fundraising as a good thing hence the rise last week, and that HYVE is a good medium term punt.
But... when the extra, cheaper rights issue shares hit the market after the 12th, there will be a drop in SP as some of those shares are sold. Despite logic that I would personally make to the contrary.... it does seem that any stocks SP post RI eventually drops to the RI price (69p)..... as happened to AML exactly a month ago.
I was sat watching the SP like a hawk until the first glimmer of a drop.... and it seems like many others were too, and sold out.
I'll be keeping a close eye on HYVE over the coming weeks, expecting a big drop, but will be buying back in when I guess it's bottomed out. But I am doing exactly that, just guessing ;o) Hope that helps!
