I'm no expert here (as I have stated many times before) merely a novice investor trying to learn the ropes and hopefully make some money, ultimately.

But I think Persiantrader makes a fair point - yes, they are, or at least were, fully-funded for this year, but will certainly have to fundraise at some point, that is the nature of exploration companies.

At this years AGM they already approved the issue of a further 200,000,000 shares as and when the need arises.

Surely it would make sense for that to happen when the SP rises, either as result of this years drill going ahead or better still, after discovery, then the fundraise will be significantly greater - and easier - than if they had to do it at 7 or 8p.

Makes sense to me but who knows?

That's a fair point and worth making, you are probably right.

If timing is right we get a good RNS, a rise in SP then we can de-risk before any further fundraise.

Timing is key. IMO, obvs.

Wow, an RNS! Interim results to the end of May 22, reporting a loss of £0.8m.

They report a loss of £0.3m at the result date against Caretech shares but we know they should now be worth the 750p/share as offered by Sheikh Holdings, so that's good news, an extra £0.8m.

And due a further dividend of £0.7m from Marcelos.

Also, it appears they bought 3.7 million shares in Finsbury Food Group this month, well they kept that bloody quiet!

So, overall, not much change, looking like the balance sheet will improve short-term at least, but the SP now back down to 13p.

LDG doesn't make any sense to me, what are DBay doing with it?

It's ok, just found it on Kefi's own site, still available on there for anyone that hasn't read it yet.

I just did, sounds like a positive affirmation of everything we've been told recently, timescale hasn't slipped, everything on track to proceed to construction then production.

Did they simply release it 2 days early by mistake or is there something else we should know?

Kefi are partnered with ARTAR in the Gold & Minerals Ltd subsidiary for Hawiah and JQ projects (30% Kefi/70% ARTAR).

Is it possible or likely that Kefi would want a share of Umm Ad Damar too if ARTAR's bid is successful?

I just thought I'd drop a post in here to break the seemingly endless cycle of b*itching go on at the moment, it has become the RR/Innit board instead of the CLON board, and frankly we are all bored with it.

I am now, and pretty sure I'm not alone.
So, this adjustment to the nominal value of each share was advised in Clon's 2021 year end report, and not simply the result of the Sasanof-1 duster? I don't understand why that was being set in motion then when the SP then was so much higher than it is now, post-Sasanof?
And now each ordinary share of 0.25p has been divided into 1 new share of 0.01p and a deferred share of 0.24p - what the heck does that even mean? When or what is the 0.24p deferred to? Or is that simply gone forever?
And what effect - if any - does this have on the current tradable share price? I see it has dipped already but is that simply the general market down-turn or a reaction to the the AGM and a further loss of confidence in the company as a whole?

Can someone with a good working knowledge of this try to explain it in simple terms please?

I invested briefly here, bought in @ 41p then had a bad feeling and sold @ 30p, so glad I did, could've been much MUCH worse.

No news, no investment, SP has slipped back a bit this morning from selling @ 13.3 to selling @ 13.1.

Seem to be some decent buys here today, SP on the up (for a change).... what's driving that?

There must be something going on, rises like this don't just happen without a good reason, do they?

Quite possible and highly likely - they approved the future issue of 200 million shares at the AGM in March - here's the wording from my post way back then:

"The wording of Special Resolution 5 for the possible issue of 200M shares is interesting - it gives the Directors authority to "exercise all the powers of the Company to allot up to 200,000,000 equity shares in the Company (representing
approximately 32% of the issued share capital) for cash or to grant rights to subscribe for, or to
convert any securities into, shares in the Company provided that such authority shall expire (unless
previously renewed, varied or revoked) on the date of the next Annual General Meeting".
I read that to mean that if they didn't get this approved now and ran out of working capital before the next AGM they'd be screwed; having it approved now means they can exercise that option if the need arises within the next 12 months.
That has to be a good thing, no? Until they get discovery then production they have zero income, only expenses, so without a fundraise option it would be game over and then we'd all be screwed too.
I don't believe anyone is trying to rip us off, this is just the nature of the high risk exploration game we have invested in.
I have faith and trust the HE1 Board to achieve their goal, or at least do their best to.
Let's hope they succeed. It's all we can do."
