I just scrolled down this morning's trades.... over 7p selling earlier! FFS.

..... now I'm annoyed! Who knew eh? Just my luck.

I just read the RNS and struggled to understand quite what they are doing now, but seemed to me the real winners could be DBay?
Anyone else got a better grasp of what their new investment and proposed further buyback means?

Sounds like magmanus can afford to cover all our losses :-)

I'm not blaming you Truthfactory and nor should anyone else; I was already erring on the 'cut my losses and get out with something' side so it was my decision.
We had no way of knowing it would spike after I'd sold and neither did anyone else, although with my luck so far I should have known that would happen, sods law.
As I said, it was such a small loss I'm not bothered, I certainly didn't put my house on it.

... is never wrong. No one knew what would or wouldn't happen here for certain, some will get lucky and some won't, that's just the way it is.

I sold this morning but now - with the benefit of hindsight - wish I'd held a bit longer. Win some, lose some.

@ dealer55 - not necessarily. I continued to post here when I wasn't invested (before I stupidly took a 2nd bite of the poison pie) and also still keep an eye on/post elsewhere after I sold any holding I had there.

For me it's simply about expressing an opinion, asking questions and gathering information. I try - maybe unsuccessfully - to get a balanced view by reading ALL the posts on any given BB. Personally, I always find Truthfactory's posts to be insightful, knowledgeable and above all, accurate.

@ Antlev - I dumped this morning before the SP went even lower. it was only a tiny punt so not more than I could afford to lose in the great scheme of things.

Did that 41p include postage? Might be about all I have left after this charade :-)

@ dealer55 - it's an open forum, any poster can post whatever their opinion happens to be, within reason, whether they are invested or just interested. That's what makes it interesting and educational for me.

I for one am glad Truthfactory posts as I've read plenty from them on other boards and always found them frank, honest and informative.

Certainly made me think about Parsley in a different way. Rapid exit.

Back to my original question - which I just re-read and may have worded incorrectly - does the final signing of the TK finance agreements mean that the TK project and thus Kefi is then fully funded for the TK project?

Or is that purely for the construction and development of the TK site? How is Kefi (the Company) funded? Does that money have to come from shareholders or further fundraising?

We'll worry about the 30% G&M venture in KSA later, but the same question will apply, I guess?

Thanks TF, I suspect what you are saying is correct, which is bad news for anyone that took a punt like me; I timed wrong and missed the boat, bought in a bit high so now holding a small loss. Again. Oops.

If MoveFresh (Dorren) had no intention of buying in the market then the RNS was misleading, no? Although it did also say there was no guarantee that any such purchase would take place, so I suppose I should have known better.

It also says that should the de-list be approved, there will be a Matched Bargain Facility to enable holders to trade their shares following de-list. Is there any way of knowing what the trading price is likely to be if that happens, or do you think I would be better off dumping now and chalking it up (down) to experience?

I think I already know the answer to that.......

Hi all, just to clarify - and save me ploughing through RNS's etc - once the funding is signed off for TK then that is TK fully funded, and any further fundraising by Kefi would only be needed to further the SA assets, yes?

Hi TF. Just out of interest - and because I took a very small punt here - can you imagine any scenario where the SP might bounce/recover from here any time before they announce de-listing or Dorren totally wipes it out?

They have lost me with their constant ramping/de-ramping rambling nonsense, seems like they have nothing better to do.
