RE: After many years of hard work and discussion with the Zimbabwean Government the matter regarding the release of the historic parcel has now been amicably settled7 Sep 2023 17:56
Which action was set aside , can you post the rest, as far as was aware, the earlier
2010 rights to ownership, was only suspended pending the Ministry appeal
if it had been that part, was many things thrown back and forth at each other
if had been put aside, we would not have had grounds to go back late 2022
to get our parcel and licenses back and the diamonds would have long since
departed from RBZ to ZCDC and been sold......
ZCDC spun out of ZMCD etc, to become all things Diamonds for every inch of
Zimbabwe acreage and seemed quite happy under 3 or is it 4 now different
ceo's to resume working with vast.
The permit never came from the Ministry itself, presume the 2010 afcr ban/suspended
from mining in Zimbabwe ,as part of the High Court judgement, until the deferred
decision subject to final appeal, was always the hold up to vast getting that permit
and getting back to mining, despite the numerous times over many years, AP & co
and even the Ministry itself, said were soon, imminent , by the end of next month
(April a couple of years ago)
As we were allowed back after application in late 2022, that FINAL judgement can
not have been made, until it was and also publicised by the local press in Feb ?
as now unchallenged by the Ministry (Presidential decree get legacy cases sorted
ASAP)
Join you in trusting AP about as far as your Grandmother could throw him, told all
the finance 2011? ish, with some bucket shop was a good deal , after they applied
the Black Scholes method of accounting, if you divided the Β£ amount by the supposed
price per share, strangely they got anything from 50 - 75% more shares, than a
straight division , would have entitled them to...... π²
