TL having only just finalised the 2023 budget, today commenced its long and

drawn out process for the2024 budget 😉😂

The Government of Timor-Leste, through the Ministry of Finance, held today, September 12, 2023, the Budget Days, a seminar that marks the beginning of the process of preparing the General State Budget (OGE) for the year 2024. The event took place in the Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão auditorium, at the Ministry of Finance, in Dili.

Old sp's have zero value as also need to be DILUTED by the same factor as share dilution

e.g. my orcp around 13 years ago was crossing 10p (yes full pence) its now 0.09p and

around the same market cap.

Achievable MC , divided by CURRENT share base = potential sp

In the past BOD , valued vast as a potential $200m with BP ramped up to nameplate

capacity and $500m if Zimbabwe mining joined the party, which could now happen

with court case resolved , vasts 2010 ban/suspension from mining in Zimbabwe also

lifted, throw in some for Tajikistan.......

you will probably have to settle for 10-20p, unless further diluted 😂🤣😂

but 3p - 5p in the near term would be a nice start 😜

Some very nice grades in Northern Zone historic drilling, 🤞 the pending results from

recent drilling, could be transformational according to Riversgold, a 4 Million+ OZ

Gold target, could add significant value (and or sell on/revenues to Oracle),might

even fund some of their commitments to other projects, if RGL move it on and fast

track in time 😲🤑

David Lenigas, executive chairman of RGL, said

The Northern Zone has an exploration target of 200Mt to 250Mt at a grade of 0.4g/t to 0.6g/t, for an exploration target of 2.5Moz to 4.8Moz of gold.😲🤑🤑🤑

The initial aims of the first phase of diamond drilling exploration at Northern Zone are to confirm the mineralization style, confirm the very wide widths of gold mineralization seen previously in the RC drilling, and confirm gold grades and gold distribution.

TL budget tends to work Sept - Dec , wish lists and proposals from

all departments, December a reading in Parliament for a provisional

budget ceiling, moving and a shaking, Apr-May first official proposals

with lots of charts and presentations.......further tweaking during a

Ministerial conference/retreat........more tweaking and eventual final

reading in Parliament to accept the new budget as law (Jul/Sept)

new decree laws to be implemented etc, etc

And oh look , its time to start all over again 😂🤣😂

The big questions on actual gold grades and widths will be answered when ALS complete their work in their

That's the TALCO presentation, with vast's name mentioned a couple of times

that Vast put on it's website, so can't be AP 🐂💩, as its a much broader

TALCO company presentation. 😲🤑

That's next years budget, this years only recently completed and

finally approved in Parliament (cuts again to preserve SPWF) and

then tweaked in another session, with new decree laws, then also

passed by the Cabinet , after reading of finalised wish list decree law

by each department Minister.

Previously always Wednesdays but have been on Tuesdays, since Gusmao

came back to power. 😉

As boil is an investor in assets, not an oiler, wonder if/when they get paid

big wonga to sell Chuditch, will they invest in the TL Mining industry from

the ground floor 😂🤣😂

Everything under both Oil and Gas and Mining had previously been the

same department under the Ministry of Petroleum and the Mining side

now being fast tracked for around 5 commodities ,so as they set up Timor

Gap for Oil and Gas NOC, now putting things into place for developing

its own Mining Industry, with recently announced , new offices , recruitment

and planned initial funding beyond the recent , mining license bid round.

probably follow up to the recent Parliament and Budget sessions, many new laws and

restructures announced under new legal frameworks, Mines, oil and gas, island project

development and ministry of finance, all with multiple changes......

The project one intriguing, they only about 18 months ago , had one that removed Tasi

Mane name from the books, under the restructure, the Petroleum Import facility at

Metinaro became the Northern Project and the bulk Bettano, Suai , Beaco and associated

Roads, Air , ports (Tasi Mane) became the Southern project.

The Islands own supply to PIT Metinaro was removed from Beaco original plans, to be

closer to Dili and the power stations to be fed, leaving Beaco as just Gas/LNG Export

refinery/facilities.

Which made it a great candidate , to be fed by our own Chuditch FPSO plan, long before

Beaco may/may not ever turn up (last tenders by 2030, Metinaro by 2025)

Waiting to see if they have rehashed the new office of Project Development again ?🤔

Was in one in the Texas Eagle Ford about 15 years ago, we all moaned and cried

What followed was far from a duster, the well flowed at over 2,400 bopd

Apparently the reservoir on a side view , looked a bit like a butterfly with its

wings up, the drill in the thin body section, the weigh and mass volume of

the wings providing huge pressure to squeeze it out at a high rate 😲🤑

As said , you just never know in this sector, volumes and flows do grow on

discovered fields being developed, Cameroon is Development/Production

Many a field has grown , on development for production drilling.

Wytch Farm in Dorset, sold by BG to BP as 30 mbo, became the highest production

field in Europe for decades at over 100,000 bopd peak, now going for 40+ years and

a couple of years ago, its latest reserves estimate were still nearly 10 times , that

original 1970's sale figure of 30 mbo, at 265 mbo estimated reserves......

Baku, some time ago now, onshore many a well drilled and flowed 2000 - 4000 bopd

ONSHORE, then a record monster drilled that flowed ONSHORE at nearly 60,000 bopd

no one expected it but these things still occur from time to time...............

could be a challenge, on cameroon first drill alone.

bce drilled and calling well 900 bopd, ujo wressle revenues continue to roll in

and others around the market, still low £20m+ mc's

but in the past few years, many an offshore oiler has rocketed to mc's of

£250m - £500m on hopes of finding a sweet spot with oil to flow.......

cameroon is a development of the already found oil, not a wild cat drill, so

should attract a good following, if ja ever pulls his snail paced finger out of

his **** and gets it moving..... 🙄
