The industry and us, need to see a YES option approval , long before Beaco expected

to be operational if ever built (est 2030)

Those involved in that bid round have not signed their PSC either

(due originally Jun/Jul 2022)

Gusmao invented project TASI MANE , all roads lead to Bettano (oil) and Beaco (Gas)

Until they come clean, they have an industry with no processing facilities , and operators

with large volumes and zero production, gas valued at $0.00c as nowhere to go, until

something changes, GIVE OTHER PERMITS, first ever YES, make a statement, that if/when Beaco

Sunrise HUB becomes a reality , ALL will not be restricted to it alone.......

Kelp was discovered by Mobil (exxon mobil) the same year as Shell discovered Chuditch

it was given a potential 14 TCF label, bigger than Chuditch , Sunrise and Bayu rolled into

one........

Last saw had neither operator or license issued, WHY has no one ever steamed in to grab

it also................Industry mistrust and the Island saying one thing, while others say another

Or as it seem just keep building on the Island in preparation, with Tasi Mane , the agenda

first, last and always.........

Made a statement in the conference a couple of years ago, YOU ARE THE EXPERTS , we will

not interfere and yet 2 1/2 years later, still no big sector return , a return they crave, even

mad a statement, we do not want anymore Carnathens , Advance or us, we want the

Majors to return, to fast track fields to production...........

It's quite simple for us Eddie ,we just need an approved path to production

nothing has ever been permitted and Beaco never built....that has to change

It's why the Industry still mistrust the Islands king pair, they both said NO to

the Majors when in office,, they had plans and PSC's .

It's why the 2 1/2 year bid round got a whopping 9 bids total , on only 7 of the

18 licenses available , during that same period Nigeria bid round was over 1,600

bids on 57 license, which would equate to 500+ bids on 18 licenses

We were told in an RNA message two years ago , in talks yadda yadda yadda

then another we will re double our efforts for a JV in the following summer.

We need someone to come off the fence to fund jv or better still pay us to go away

no one has come forward , despite plans in place (for our part FPSO, tl say beaco

in their studies Sep 2021)

They are ready (well minus the actual facilities) so it all BOILS down to TL Gov

will they now stand up and tell the sector, they are really , IDEALLY for us come

out and support Sundagas FPSO Plans, even throw in the contract for the PIT

supply to metinaro...........

Or just keep everyone in limbo, staying shtum on anything but we will bring

it to the Island..........

The Northern project Metinaro, PIT the one long hoped , will grab Chuditch for its supply

stripped away from the original TL plan to co locate the Islands own Petroleum Gas/LNG

import fac's at Beaco with the Export facilities and refineries.

TL has ploughed headlong for 20 years building the cart before the horse, roads, highways

ports and airport upgrades, mass recruitment drives and multi fold man power increases

all around Timor Gap and ANPM was a hand full at each, now hundreds.

What still has not happened , is they get any field moving, drove the major players of the

industry away and just continues to push and pay out for project TASI MANE , on something

that might never happen (see local NGO many annual comments, on how that money

should have been spent on more pressing population issues)

So everything in place , even pictures last year of the work being done in preparation for

beaco , port , jetty sea walls being developed ready, when they still have , no partner, no

funding approvals for it, Woodside February we will have another review, leaning to Beaco

the closest they have been in decades.........

They have ploughed billions in as the NGO states annually for what so far.........

Our problem is like others that departed they had PSC's and said would do Darwin

refused , would do FPSO/FLNG refused so departed, we said a while ago many

concepts looked at but it will be FPSO

Which Mitra also planned for Chuditch , when they took it over from Shell, while still

and Australian license.

Even the Chinese BRI turned down the funding building and operation of Beaco in the

past but remain and have built a lot of the other infrastructure over the years, so could

come to TL aid if Woodside , still not keen to build after its new reviews/studies. 🙄

At MNRG's current market cap , taking over pretty much anything would be

an RTO 🤣

Lets hope it does a WRN , without the crushing end for many, it went into suspension

at 3.25p , came back and within 3 sessions kissed £3.30p crazy rise, turned out the RTO

was not a single company BUT 15 involved AQ's

Market asked the question WHY, the company could not give a satisfactory answer and

as it tumbled, the re suspension notice landed , died on the day never to return stuck on

89p

Never been so glad to have bailed to early, cut and sliced mine , until all gone by just over

£2, watched it keep booming (%$$"^%&) then considered the boy done well, as the stone

A week that started so blue , ending so RED RAW for many, who thought they had hit

that once in a lifetime 10,000% + lottery winner.......🤬

Been in dozens of RTO's , taking over a bigger company than yourself, not to be

confused with some that ref to RTO and its not it's just a combined multi AQ's

Many have jumped 500% - 1000% to set a level for the deal , others not so much

a couple of recent ones, one only moved from 3p to 5p went into suspension as

all true rto's do, pending first concluding the transaction and then FSA approval

of a new prospectus, then Market approval, basically the last 2 steps of an IPO

it came back to the market at 15p and roared to kiss 35p

The other GCG barely moved and from the details released going into suspension

might not move much on its return , fingers crossed more news to follow and give

it a proper RTO style boom.......😉

The first part doing the deal , can be the lengthy bit weeks to many months, depending

on how far things have actually been developed to finalise, the second FSA/Market

approvals 3 weeks, if the paperwork up to snuff.

Bugger all volume, same for weeks

They showcased Chuditch to Sundagas (non tender) at the opening of the TL industry

and first bid round, which after 2 1/2 years was a real flop........

They could do worse than do the same again, show the industry its not just about Beaco

and have another dog and pony show, promoting Chuditch to meet the Islands needs

inviting FPSO drilling partners to come forward , with incentives available etc 😲🤑🤑

Might then see , the tier1/Majors that left jumping off the fence and at least , commence

talks with TL about other than , the one path they seem destined to push to all.......🙄🙄

they have the Northern project also, which is planned for 5 years before

Beaco expected to be operational/if built.....

Chuditch could with a real offshore operator/deep pockets, fulfil that projects

needs, supply 3 being converted to gas power stations and hold a 90 day supply

for domestic needs at the Gas/LNG import facilities and large TANK FARM.

Hit badly in recent years by covid/major weather events, hence the 90 day plans

for energy security...

history is Gusmao stood in parliament 20 years ago and stated, it is ours

it will all come to the Island and even declared it a decree law ffs🙄

Added we do not need the outside world , we can do it all ourselves.

They still continue to push the same agenda, Sunrise and now pipeline HUB

to the South Coast project of Tasi Mane , Beaco Gas LNG Export facilities.

A HUB is not just for one field 🤔

Their own 2021 new studies , stated based on our CHUDITCH, kelp and Greater

Sunrise (sunrise/troubadour 240mb condensate) ALL feeding the new plant

together on opening, after co-ordinated development.

So you can see why the industry players continue to sit on the fence and remain

cautious, while Boil/SG talking FPSO , they are saying its coming to them...

Santos/ENI blocks R and P still not signed their PSC's which were set to be signed

in Jun/July last year, ANPM extended the deadline to this Feb, tumbleweeds since.

Santos/ENI , have their own facilities in Darwin already and plans for a new Hub and

pipeline of their own to feed it.

So looks like everyone in the same boat, will they permit our FPSO, will they allow

Santos/ENI to develop R and P and take it to their own facilities etc, etc

Meg at Woodside, still kicking the can on Sunrise, agreed to conduct new studies BUT

still sticking on the line, the PSC must be finalised first, before production and processing

plans put into place......... 😠

Still appears, everyone waiting on Sunrise, what their PSC will be , will it result in Beaco

being built, if so are as Gusmao stated all those years ago, ALL to go to Bettano (Oil) and

Beaco (Gas) leaving Santos/ENI plans in tatters and their Darwin facilities idle longer or

abandoned.......😲
