Harare — THE Supreme Court has ordered that all diamonds extracted from African Consolidated Resources claims in Chiadzwa since 2007 be surrendered to the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe for safekeeping.

Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku on Monday said the diamonds would remain at the central bank until the ownership wrangle pitting ACR on one hand, and the Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe and the Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation on the other, is resolved.

The High Court of Zimbabwe has granted a default order against the Minister of Mines and Mining Development, relating to a historic parcel of 129 400 ct of rough diamonds, which will be released to Aim-listed Vast Resources.

The company expects to receive the signed court order in coming days, following which Vast will clean and value the diamonds for the purpose of selling through a tender.

Vast will determine the final quality assortment of the parcel once the diamonds are in its possession.

Final quality 🤔

Still suggests unseen and hope for a surprise in the parcel 😲🤑

Jokowi Reaffirms Support for Timor-Leste's Accession to ASEAN During Meeting with Xanana Gusmão

Jokowi stated that "Indonesia has consistently supported Timor-Leste's bid for membership and the implementation of the membership plan, including the development of Timor-Leste's human resources capabilities."

Xanana Gusmão thanked President Jokowi for his invitation to participate in the 43rd ASEAN Summit and highlighted the importance of Timor-Leste's full membership in ASEAN to increase confidence and investment in the country, thus promoting economic growth and national development.

their waters, take Chuditch perhaps, or locate in the Santos ENI area's R & P

and WHAT comes with it, Gusmao original plan, EVERYTHING in their waters

comes to Bettano (oil) or to be built Beaco Gas/LNG facilities on the South Coast.

OR some clarity and truth , yes Beaco will be built BUT , other options will be

permitted.

The industry shafted in the past for both Darwin and FPSO/FLNG big fat NO's

you can wait for Beaco, by Gusmao then Horta while PM's in the past, will want

some clarity about what the can and can not do, before diving back in to commit

hundreds of millions to new offshore operations........🤔
