When they launched their own industry and bid round in Nov 2019, part of its

was Showcasing Chuditch and its NON TENDER award to Sundagas, who had

been assisting its development of Timor Gap Noc , ANPM training etc since

2016, long before nepotism (related Dr Butlers on each board) gave Boil an in.

After an immensely 💩 2 1/2 year bid round , 9 bids on 7 out of 18 licenses

(Nigeria 1,600+ bids on 57 licenses same period) they could do worse than

once more showcase SG/Chuditch with the remaining licenses, to promote

its wider assets and domestic (2025) needs to garner interest from the big

boys of the sector

Some distance and clarity on the rest, leaving the 20+ years impasse beaco

sunrise issue separate, invite offers and incentives, to bring them back onside

which they have said themselves.

Even made a statement one time, they do not want any more , Carnartens

Advance or Baron's , we want the Majors and those who left to return and

get the TL Maritime area and fields in fast tracked FFD etc........

Minnows can not get the job done quickly enough, e.g. Shell/Conoco plan

for Sunrise was 26/28 wells feeding its FLNG plan......

How long would that take for our minnow and a non tier1/Maj to get drilled🤔

Sunrise , tenders have by 2030 on them , so Chuditch FPSO standalone plan

could easily met their domestic requirements, just need TL to pull its finger

out and support Sundagas publicly and generate the sector funding/drilling

partner required to get the job done......... 😲🤑

when announced in the TL parliament , all 3 to be converted by 2025, the import terminal

originally set years ago for co-location at Beaco, was stripped away, to become part of the

Northern Project P.I.T., Petroleum Import Terminal.

The PIT, including massive LNG Tank Farm, to hold 90 days supply of all the Islands fuel

supplies, location Metinaro , a tad right from the capital Dili on the Northern Coast, studies

are currently being conducted and FID set for Q4 this year.

Is Gusmao more or less confident than in 2001 when he first said NO to Shell

and Conoco Phillips Darwin plans and that it would all come to TL SOOOOOOON!

While Angel was suited and suave in his interactions, his deputy Doolan was more casual. He is a pastor in Angel’s Good News Church and a musician.

Doolan repeatedly told Al Jazeera’s undercover reporters that he and Angel would be able to arrange a meeting with President Mnangagwa.

During the meetings, Doolan said money laundering would not be a challenge “as long as you grease the wheels.” The scheme Angel and Doolan suggested involved our reporters — who they believed to be Chinese criminals — sending over a billion dollars of illicit cash to Zimbabwe through Angel. Some of that would be used to purchase Zimbabwean gold, which Doolan said could then be transported to Dubai and sold for legitimate money. “It’s a good washing machine, right?” he said.

Told that our reporters had loads of unexplained cash, he said: “Good, I like embarrassing cash.”

Doolan did not respond to Al Jazeera’s request for a formal comment about the investigation.🤐

Angel is also a self-proclaimed prophet at his Good News Church. He claims he can heal the sick and predict the outcomes of elections and football matches. The church has branches in 15 countries. 😂🤣😂

Mnangagwa and Angel did not respond to Al Jazeera’s request for a formal comment about the investigation.😲😉

Not the good people of Zimbabwe to worry about, its the immensely corrupt

Leadership that has always been the problem.

Mnangagwa , calling for change is a major positive, those that skim off the top

will resist and still want a piece of the pie they are not entitled to 😜

He himself has been linked to missing Gold and his niece was part of a well to do

group of 4 making regular 4-6 bars of Gold drop off trips abroad, until caught in

a sting operation about 18 months ago........

Hmm and she so far has not gone to jail, or lost her high ranking position. 🙄😲
