Do Investors really understand what happened between Tesla/Maxwell Going for the Throat of CAP-XX???? The case in a Texas Court would Guarantee a Tesla Victory and the claim was for Infringement of Patent by CAP-XX using Maxwell protected IP.
Claim was for an unspecified amount that has been rumoured to have been a BILLION DOLLARS. Read that again, Tesla took an Australian based Business to a TEXAS COURT where the odds on success were considered to be ENORMOUS.
In March 2024 All Principles got together and their legal teams decided that each party should PAY THEIR OWN COSTS and the case set aside.
FEAR ENDED THAT CASE, and the Frightened one was not CAP-XX. CAP-XX is now in a very strong position. NOBODY has ever stood up to MUSK and WON, until now. Why or even HOW did CAP-XX WIN? because they did win, make no mistake.
CAP-XX Teetered on the brink of ADMINISTRATION, was that the aim of MUSK/TESLA? were little CAP-XX such a huge threat to musk/tesla, that they had to be ELIMINATED?? Answer to that has to be YES.
Will CAP-XX Sell to CHINESE who are Building brand BYD to be a Massive Competitor to Tesla in the EV Market? TO SPITE MUSK/TESLA??? WOULD YOU?
Week-end Press may highlight this BATTLE and believe me, TEXAS Court case may be ended, but this battle between MUSK & CAP-XX has legs. CAP-XX will never beat MUSK in court or in Business, but the CHINESE can fight their corner against anybody, Remember, CHINESE have EXCLUSIVE ACCESS to the ASIAN MARKET and BRICS CURRENCY.
CAP-XX is for sale, of that there is NO DOUBT, the only Question is, HOW MUCH ????
Start with, How much is that victory over Tesla worth? bear in mind CAP-XX are not infringing any Patents, so Chinese have proof, CAP-XX is clean.
