So not payments...

Does anyone else think the final deal to end ALL litigation proceedings from Tesla involves the patents of the new SMD/SMT?

If these were introduced into mobile phones or other high volume manufacturing their would be a requirement for at least 2 producing manufacturers.

We've been down this road before with the SMDs so am waiting to see if we have something conclusive.

Remember...they are the Holy Grail of supercaps.

Of course supercaps instead of capacitors.

With no news since the lifting of suspension, the company is giving him every opportunity.

You would think they had something to tell the market.

MMs are salesmen...they make a living from share trades.

They use any means in their armoury.

Manipulating the spread is one of them.

If they want buyers they make it look like everyone is buying..

I can understand their existing customers stocking up on learning of the production line transfer ...but have they now gone elsewhere?

I believe with justifiable reason they can withhold.

Nobody owns 2 billion shares...

Well I'm thinking he actually knows a little about electronics.

Have you thought he thinks Cap-x might actually be potentially a good company.

The SMDs , if Cap-x actually this time get to produce them could be a game changer.

Over 600 capacitors in a high range mobile phone.

One supercapacitor can replace many of these.
