Well if that RNS was designed to encourage buys to churn through the Placing shares I think its failed!

The way i see it they would have to have forward sold starting the 18th...before the Placing was even announced to be able to be selling now and still be in profit.

Cap-xx notified the market via the TR1.

We have as yet no other notifications, if the good DR Cooley had a change of mind, bearing in mind he's had all the time in suspension to think it over I don't think he would have bothered to notify.

Larger selling volume than that involved...IMO.

Extension requested to negotiations in the litigation dispute the same time the shares hit the market.
