Royalties at 5% from Murata and AVX $420,000 = SALES OF $8.4M.
Well considering Cap-xx are supposed to be taking the niche products, small orders passed on from Murara etc...it seems Cap-xx are predicting they will be manufacturing and selling more than Murata and AVX combined?

Seems posts are going missing. I was asking would the Note 9 S pen with its new bluetooth functions and a required battery be a likely candidate for a umal device?

Note 9 has been confirmed as having bluetooth and will require a battery likely to be charged while in the phone. Seeing as murata will be supplying some of the batteries isnt this a likely candidate for the umal type of device?...my next date to watch out for Aug 9th.

Cap-xx sp has seen a steady decline since Sept 17 (52 wk high 11th sept)....no coincidence, big rerate when this is concluded in Cap-xx favour.

Mcap??......easy to see the £250m, waiting for the Automotive news and Murata batteries and it will fly past that mark...cant be far away now.

The offending components are actually cylindrical, suspect AVX brought this to the attention of Cap-xx.....

while there is doubt, however small, licence agreements are unlikely to be signed and the market will not give full value to Cap-xx. The conclusion of these infringements will make the market see Cap-xx in a different light which ever way it goes. To me explains why we have been treading water.

i totally agree 100% with your thoughts 3.14.....but until the decision is made there is a doubt no matter how small. Lets hope for a quick conclusion, maybe the reason for the low sp/mcap.....

so are these ongoing infringement cases the reason for the delay in new licence agreements, is it a case of wait and see what the outcome is, after all if Cap-xx lose, however unlikely this may appear then nobody needs to sign anything...when these cases are concluded is that when the avalanche of new signings happen (provided the outcome is in our favour).
