1. Assuming full responsibility for funding a project.

The 20k buy suggests to me bed&isa. Dont suppose we will know 100% unless someone claims it.

Its the little things that AK says that really dont mean that much at the time...oct investor presentation,AK talks about having partners avx and murata on his side of the table....ref to the patent cases maybe.

Out of court agreement for the 2 infringement cases brought by Cap-xx is the most likely scenario imo so news could drop anytime. Listening to AK talking in the 3v interview he talks about the next license agreements extending Cap-xx reach and educating illiterate engineers. Now considering we have licence agreements with two global electronics manufaturers i take extending the reach to mean going into something different..ie automotive.mobile.....educating engineers means a big name...imo of course.

MLCC (multi layer ceramic capacitor)... nothing to do with us.

Of course we do not know the details but why would Mr Lau leave his directors role at Vishay to take a managers role at Cap-xx.

This is the notification of the selling by Mr Lau.

my reasoning is looking at the early selling pattern from Mr Laus sells it seemed methodical...later to be increased rapidly ( to have funds available for 13th July exercised options).
i was looking for some sort of early pattern to determine whether these (ex employee shares ) were being sold...maybe the 2506 is this pattern?

two points against...read some where that Mr Lau was retiring....cant find any notification, therefore he may not be an ex employee
the ex employee notification did not state PDMR...but if he was ex employee would they have to?
just trying to piece things together, learn a little as i go along but most of all try and keep interested!

of course there could be a pattern and different sellers but the same broker....how do you sell 1m shares? do you do it personally or ask the broker to do his best?

the 2506 trades has got to be the ex employee dumping his shares imo..and this ex employee is the Mr Lau.
Lets see if the sells of a monetary value of £2506 persists.
