Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Unlikely, I feel, for a year or more. Am now trying to decide whether to take a massive loss and try to recoup elsewhere. Big decision.
Am I right in thinking that after-hours dealing can only be done by brokers? - not possible by a pi online?
If you need the money - sell. If not - wait, the sp will eventually recover.
Some large (and odd?) trades executed today - two sales of 459864 shares @ 220.80p plus a buy of 250000 shares @ 227.9986p.
The list of trades shows a "sell" on 7 June of 87500 shares - I do hope, Kalahari, this is another seller.
This relates to the reshaping of the film business which the CEO said would "drive profitability" and I don't understand why the sp should drop 5 or 6 points. Does anyone have any views on this? Final results are due 23 May.
Rory1708 Many thanks
The Annual Report and Accounts are out but I have failed to access the accounts. Does anyone know where they can be found?
This has come from ETO H/q: We have made no RNS announcements recently, so I am not able to explain the recent moves in the stock price. However, it is worth remembering that the stock was driven up to the 250p level following press speculation about a possible takeover of the company. To date, this has proven not to be the case so it is logical that the premium in the stock price related to a bid approach should unwind over time. Kind regards,
I was going to ask the same question. There doesn't seem to be any obvious answer but I suspect it could be due to a lack of bid prospects. Since the ITV bid some months ago, no other possible bidder has been identified. I am thinking of emailing the company to ask if they know why the sp is dropping.

One also has to be realistic!
No chance!
Overman - next week, I think but you can find out by going to the Vectura website
The "buy" of 22300 shares @78p was actually a sell and the spread was 78-79 not 77-78 as quoted. I sold to realise a good profit but I will buy in again when the sp goes lower.
Thanks for this info which may explain the 2% drop in the sp today - let us hope that Black Rock have stopped selling. I think, that on a longish term basis,, this share is now probably a good buy.
maybemaybenot - one of the problems in interpreting broker upgrades is that no date is ever given for the target price to be reached. However, it is fairly clear from the Numis summary that VEC is unlikely to achieve their target price (252p) before the end of this year. A lot of patience is needed on this one.
and other brokers have consistently rated VEC a buy with targets of up to 270p - a 92% increase on the present sp. Are these worthy city "experts" having a laugh or do they really expect the shares to reach these levels.?
Probably due to people selling shares.
