I do not have a link as it was on TV - an analyst said that the offer may go higher 10% than the current price due to the fact that MRW owns 85% of stored so the revenue multiple they used it is not its value.

yes, but it may not happen today it depends when is their loans deadline. On other SP I saw it either first in the morning 8-10 or just 10 min before closing.

O dear - Morrison got a 30% premium take over and I was expecting Avon to go up as many speculate to be another target, yet it plummeted even lower down

YEP same here the market makes had not released an opening price, it happened before with other SP up to 8 min into the trading

Do you suffer of cognitive distortion? Is it really so difficult for you to grasp that women could be a shrewd investor ?

At least I try to come with some points of discussion to use our intellectual power, so far I haven't seen any other input from you than constant attacks and moaning; is it so much you can offer?

Everyone can be right or wrong in their assumptions therefore I never listen to anyone's conclusion, but I pay a lot of attention to their arguments and the hard facts evidence they provide which I may interpret different then them. I don't understand why you don't do the same. If you are looking for financial advice LSE is the wrong place you have to pay a financial accredited advisor which you could take to court for their statements.

1. JPM does not have a customer base in UK and wants to build one, Nutmeng about 140,000 small business customers, MTRO has circa 2.2 mill retail ones
2. Nutmeg doesn't have high street presence and if JPM is serious about penetrating the UK market to compete with the Goldman S which has 500K it may need more than 140K digital small business customers
3. MTRO has offloaded some of the bad debt and streamlined the business, which in M&A circumstances would be mandatory cleaning up exercise

One sentence in the above article got my attention: "Nutmeg’s savings and investment products won’t initially be offered through the retail banking project, the bank said."
