Absolutely no doubt in my mind that Dan Levy is trying to damage the share price to allow him to buy cheap stock.
It was not a coincidence that he chose to release his West Newton blog post on the day a delay to the Wressle squeeze was announced. He may get some inside information on placing a but I very much doubt he has access to anyone in the know on how the well test is proceeding

Terrible news for shareholders that the company had to resort to taking out a 'death spiral' facility with Riverfort.
The share price usually gets trashed when Riverfort is involved as it is a constant seller of shares. As the loan isn't interest bearing it will want to convert the loan into equity as soon as possible

Positive that SML recorded a profit in 2020, very few AIM listed mining sector companies managed that.

Looks like Pasofino are intending to build a far higher capacity plant than Hummingbird had originally envisaged.
The new PEA is based on 5mta whereas the Hummingbird study was for around 3.5mta (I don't recall the exact figure). Of course this will involve a higher capex but it makes sense to have a larger operation based on the additional gold that is expected to be proven up

According to Dan the Q2 operational update will be released in July and from what he said today I think it will be a good one ;-)

This was probably because lower margin tech contracts accounted for a higher proportion of revenue due to Covid.
The managed services contracts are higher margin contracts 50% +. This was mentioned at the AGM today

Before they can complete the economic assessment/feasibility study they will need the results of the "Drill programme planned for Q3 2021 for infill and step out drilling" and probably also some metallurgical test work

I'll probably wait until after the the feasibility study is completed to buy any more shares.
Once this is complete cash payments and a tranche of shares become payable to the vendors of the licences so think it is prudent to wait until after this

According to the latest company presentation (January 2021) there was supposed to be a Development Study and Economic Analysis carried out in the first half of this year. I'm surprised there was no mention of this in today's update given there is only a week left of H1.

I remember you saying that the amount of shares you held in PERE was approaching a notifiable level.
I haven't seen anywhere near the amount of volume over the last couple of weeks that would suggest someone holding 2 to 3% had sold out.

I remember bonker99 being in here a few years back when the share price went from 5.5p, a similar lever to where we are now, to 35p over the space of a few months. I hope we see a similar move this time around

Opinion not option

The webcast confirms my option that in Bunn, Struthers and O'Brien, Empire has one of the most experienced and capable management teams amongst AIM listed exploration/development companies. I'm confident they will deliver good results and the share price will take care of itself.

The accounts both have hundreds of posts on the NTOG board and hardly anything elsewhere.
Clearly not a successful investor but perhaps his agenda put off others and allowed me to pick up lots of NTOG shares cheaply.
