Once the surety bond contribution by Minto reaches a total value of $10million, Minto is due to repay Pere/Gaiti CAD$1million per quarter. I'd take the date mentioned by Gati for commencement of repayments with a pinch of salt given the other larger payments that Minto will need to make out of cashflow.

As well as the remaining $15million payments to Capstone, Minto has to repay loan notes of $10million plus 8% interest per annum to the other investors in the consortium.
Minto also has to increase the surety bond to a total of $10million before it can commence re-paying the $3million owed to PERE (which will in turn be used to pay off the loan from Gati to Pere).

There's actually several factors that account for the discrepancy but for the sake of simplicity I only mentioned one i.e the fact Minto receives monthly payments from the offtake partner

A metric tonne is equivalent to 2205lb.
As per the offtake agreement, Minto gets paid monthly by Sumitomo according to the amount of concentrate produced.
That's why an attempt to calculate the value of the recent shipment won't be equivalent to the payments received during Q1.

UJO share price lagging behind RBD at the moment. RBD current has £73m market cap which is nearly double that of UJO.

Following a placing in September XTR were fully funded for 3 drill holes. Following the success of the first hole the company raised a further £5million plus there have been several warrant exercise RNSs which have brought in further funds. Given the company has only drilled an additional 2 holes that weren't already budgeted for there aren't any concerns over funding

Worth bearing in mind that Colin saw this hole as quite ambitious, so the length of mineralisation is even more pleasing

The Casa deal was done at a bad time during the initial coronavirus panic and when the share price was very weak.
I think there would be a lot more interest in the asset now.

I'd prefer to see Arc hold on to Casa for the time being.
It's a large project with 3m ounces of gold near surface at over 2g/t with the potential to increase the resource. I see the gold price doing very well later this year so I think the company would have the opportunity to strike a far better deal for the asset.

Australia is amongst the best mining jurisdictions worldwide, if not the best. Mining projects in Australia attract a premium value because of this and retail investors don't often ascribe enough importance to this factor

It sounds like the latest drill hole was progressing very well until rain stopped play.
I'm surprised anyone would sell due to a minor weather-related delay in the drilling campaign

Talking about the project being world class and potentially the best in the Lacklan Fold.
Targeting 2 million tonnes just for Racecourse but now looking like it's a multi porphyry mining district. Project already attracting interest of major copper mining companies.

As always I have read plenty of low quality posts on here today, mainly discussing the share price.
I think this has been a fantastic result for the company today and will create lots of industry interest.
